Relax in a small port town. We have self-renovated an old house built about 70 years ago. Spread out and relax in our little home in the port town. There are steep stairs (no handrails) or steps as it is an older home.We would appreciate it if you could take care of small children and those with bad feet. Amenities: Towels (face and bath towels) Shampoo, conditioner, body soap Frying pans, pots, knives, cutting boards, chopsticks, forks, spoons Plates, tea bowls, cups, mugs, kitchen scissors, bottle opener Appliance items: fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, Kettle, toaster, microwave, rice cooker * Because it is eco-friendly, we do not have disposable toothbrushes or shaving.Please buy it at the nearby convenience store if you need it or bring it with you. * There is no TV.There are a few books and there is internet, so please enjoy your time slowly.

You can take the ferry to Okunoshima(rabbit island) from the port. Near-by sightseeing spots: Mt.Kurotaki, Kaguya-hime museum, Preservation district of important historical buildings in Takehara city.
