Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen, and a large living room with a sofa bed and a sunny balcony. The house is located in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to stay so centrally, sometimes you have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in high season. Restaurants, cafes, and numerous shopping opportunities within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The 1-room flat + separate kitchen has been completely renovated and furnished with much love. Everything can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A garage (H 2m width 3.35) is available free of charge. Fast WiFi, a 55-inch Smart TV, USB and USB-C sockets are also available. Hotel bed linen/towels are included.

Take a deep breath directly at the Baltic Sea: We rent out our lovely little vacation home with access to the beach promenade in Kiel-Schilksee. The apartment with a garden view has two rooms, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. Please note, that it`s a non smokers property, but you can easily smoke at the beach promenade.
