Location is perfect and outside courtyard was a wonderful plus to this unit. Renovations were well done and the unit was lovely.

A four-day family. The house is new with all the comforts- kitchen, bathroom , heating with natural gas (it has it all )!. The host is impeccable,willing to help anytime. Thanks a lot for Polina for the accomodation. Very very nice place to stay in Athens. The location is very good - close to metro tram station Neos Cosmos - about 7-10 min slow walk. Right opposite the house there is a small local store with food and everyday stuff. In the flat itself there were all basic necessary things for simple cooking like oil, salt, seasoning, tea, coffee machine for nespresso capsules. There are well working AC in each room. The house is not large, suitable for small family or couple. There is a nice small balcony with table and chairs. All furniture is very fresh and clean, the flat itself after repairs. I would recommend this great place for enjoying Athens.

Beautiful terrace and large apartment in a residential yet super central location! Areas of improvement: the WiFi doesn’t work well so working from home can be tricky. A neighbor complained in a quite rude way for having on music on Saturday at 11pm… However, the place is beautiful and totally worthy!

So close to the port, so if you plan to stay in athens but also want to go the islands it will be a good option. Clean and comfy house, near to the LIDL market, great bakery, average coffee shops.

We felt very comfortable. The house was large, bright and well-equipped. Our highlight was the pool table. It had several air conditioning systems with which the rooms could be heated comfortably. The beach, restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. Also bus stations for the trip to Athens. Evi the host was very nice and always available. Everything perfect, thank you!

We come to Athens every year for the last several years, we have changed a lot of airbnb but we are completely willing to never change again!! Angie made us remember why airbnb was created, a stay like your home, and a connection with the host in connection with an inaccessible hotel. It was just great, in a quiet neighborhood that has it all, with easy parking, a sweet yard and a very comfortable house, equipped with all the goodies, with permanently hot water and heating! The artist's taste everywhere, as whichever corner you looked at was color and care! Everything we needed, Angie was there, absolutely animal-friendly and friendly to our dog. Within walking distance there are everything pharmacies, bakeries, supermarkets, etc. while the meter is in 14 minutes walk!! Angie and Stavros thank you so much!! You've made our vacation unforgettable!!

This ground floor apartment is a very convenient place to have as a base to explore Athens. The walking distance to the Metro station is max 10 minutes, and it is a pleasant walk through the main street, that has many small scale shops, no major chains. From the metro station it is super easy to get to the center. Also Piraeus is very nearby. By car just a few minutes, by bus or tram maybe 10-15 Minutes. You can easily get to Glyfada, to the beaches and the whole South coast, as there are many busses and tram connections. The apartment is cosy, a lot of effort has been put into making it homely. A small downside is that it is a bit dark, not much daylight, but since we were out a lot it didn't bother us. There is a super market around the corner and many restaurants and coffee places nearby. We loved our stay here

We loved our stay here. In a really lovely, peaceful neighbourhood with great restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery, a supermarket and only a short walk into the city centre so we barely used any taxis/public transport. Plenty of amenities in the house and we made good use of the rooftop which has amazing views. Communication with Natasa and Manos was great, they sent detailed instructions and were helpful throughout our stay. The cats were an added bonus for us! Would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Athens.

The apartment is very comfortable! Panagiotis was always attentive and predisposed. We had an inconvenience with the heating and washing machine and he solved it instantly. The location is ideal if you are looking for tranquility and proximity to tourist areas, you can rest excellent since the accommodation is very quiet. I definitely recommend it!

We loved our stay at the apartment. It had everything we needed and we particularly loved the terrace where we watched dusk fall over the Parthenon with a glass of wine which was amazing. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the block was quiet. We also had free parking which was great as we had a hire car. You can walk to the Acropolis in 20 minutes and there is a great mix of local bars and restaurants plus a supermarket in the local area. Giorgios was a great host who responded quickly to questions and sent very helpful instructions on how to get to the apartment. Thank you Giorgios ☺️

We had a wonderful weekend in Athens! Yannis and Tax’s apartment is beautiful. They set up a taxi to pick us up the night we came in and that was really helpful. The driver was so kind we even asked to have the same driver the morning we left. We were walking distance to everything. We didn’t need a rental car or even need public transportation. The hot tub on the terrace is wonderful after a day of sightseeing. The beds were very comfortable as well. We enjoyed our stay!

I can tell an apartment with an incredible view. The hot tub was already ready and we didn't have to fix it. It's a very beautiful Airbnb to forget from the routine of everyday life!!

The place was cozy, nicely decorated and extremely clean. We don't miss anything at home!! Being close to MMM made our commute very easy, allowing us to explore the city without stress.
