The house is set in great privacy on 1.6 acres of gardens and woodland at the end a long driveway accessed through electric gates. Perfect location for enjoying local amenities or exploring the rest of Ireland - 2 hours to most tourist spots.

The area has numerous attractions including the Hook lighthouse, Dunbrody Famine ship and Tintern Abbey and great watersports including Kayaking, Coasteering.
