Great place to stay in Kingman! The house is very spacious and very clean!

This is very comfortable home with plenty of room for our group. Master on one end of the house and a bedroom with a bathroom next to it on the other end. It is a newer home than some we have stayed at. One note I would make to the owner is to provide a hair dryer. Bring your own if you use one. We had a very nice stay overall. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Great place to stay. We wanted a place without fireworks for our dogs to be at and this place was excellent for that. Wish we could had stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

This is my second stay. Both times they have been very accommodating with date changes. This stay my dad was in the hospital and it was an urgent trip where I needed to be close yet I wanted no surprises with lodging. George and Jeannie got me in on the same day as a checkout and left me a sweet card with a gift. These are owners with a heart.

Scott's place was as described and just a few minute walk from Main St. As another review mentioned, it is the only AirBNB in Oatman so if you want to stay in town this is the place. It was very spacious with a large kitchen. Beautiful view of the night sky.

This is a very nice property. We have stayed here before and it is very conveniently located near the freeway. It is very clean and has a fenced yard which is great for our dog. There are a couple of dogs across the alley that bark, but after a few minutes our dog ignored them and went about her business. Overall a really nice place to stay.

We’ve stayed at Scott’s different homes several times and every time we are completely satisfied. The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great to walk the dogs and fenced in backyard is great. We’ve already booked another stay for our trip home!

There was toilet that was not functioning but Scott took care of it immediately. So good customer service.

Great place to stay. Quiet and all facilities

We loved our stay at Scott's unit! The unit feels nice and cozy, and was very easy to find on top the detailed, yet simple, check-in and check-out instructions. The unit came STOCKED with household cleaning supplies, and detergents and dryer sheets for washer and dryer. We entered into a very clean and nice smelling unit; definitely felt like a home away from home! As others have mentioned, it is a duplex so noise level depends on the neighbor. We hear our neighbors' at times only in the living room but they're very muffled, otherwise we forgot we had neighbors in the bedroom. The unit is close to the I-40, so you may hear some freeway noise at night; I'm a very light sleeper and that didn't bother me. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for one night and liked the place. It had everything we needed and communication with the host was smooth. The kitchen was very nice and was well stocked.
