Snezana was a fantastic host during our recent stay! Her friendliness made our experience unforgettable. Every morning, she treated us to excellent pastries and candies, which brought a particular touch to our mornings. She was quite helpful, swiftly answering our queries and even arranging the heating in the house. We felt totally at home because of her attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Rick is an incredibly friendly and welcoming host! The place is absolutely beautiful and cozy, surrounded by lush greenery. It's conveniently close to the PATH station, in a charming and safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates beauty, privacy, and comfort!

First off, The Location is Beautiful,Quite,Good Off Street parking. The HOUSE: The Lawn Work IS AMAZING. Such a beautiful walk up to the house. Easy Check in, Beautiful CLEAN Home, The Room took me back to my teen ages years, The games ,DVDs, the whole ambiance was dope. This is truly a home away from home! Louis's listing was very accurate. My cousin and mother stayed here twice before and raved about it, so it was a no-brainer when we needed to come to New Jersey at the last minute to help my ailing aunt. I literally had no complaints! I felt safe and the location was great (ask anybody who is from Jersey lol). The room and bathroom were super clean, which can be hard to find at times. Louis was very responsive and all around nice. You can tell that he and his wife really take care of their home and want all of their guests to feel like family. He literally went above and beyond for us during a difficult time. I will always stay at Louis' place anytime I have to come to New Jersey especially since he has another space that can accommodate more guests.

The location is very convenient. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk and will take you to NYC within 30 minutes, depending on traffic. The place was clean, comfortable, and looked like what you see in the photos. Both David and Marcelo were quick to respond to my messages and made the check in/check out process headache free. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the area.

Good place to stay and easy access to manhattan by bus, and safe for walking in the neighborhood.

So grateful for this peaceful haven in Brooklyn. Veronica was a warm, welcoming - but never intrusive - host. Where to begin with how great this stay was? There's a small, beautiful, sweet cat who was a joy to come home to. Easy access to transport, spotlessly clean amenities, ultra dreamy mattress and warm covers. The guest room is overlooking the Q train, so if you're sensitive to nighttime noise, ear plugs would help.

First time traveling to New York for a audition had an unexpected cancellation due to weather and Veronica was my blessing in the storm. Her space reminded me of the boho style hostel yet with a new York twist. Enjoyed the Harry Potter room. Felt like a true Gryffindor on the run!! If your in a tight spot I highly recommend!! Budget friendly and suits the lonely traveler like myself!!

Erica and John are outstanding, sophisticatedly pleasant and thoughtful hosts. In a zany city, the private apartment was a perfect and welcome quiet oasis. In fact, this AirBNB experience very effectively propped up an otherwise high intensity subspecialty mission at St John’s Episcopal Hospital, only 7 minutes away by car. Furthermore, the experience was so good, that the next subspecialist just opted in for the next couple of months. The bed and sheets are very comfortable; the kitchen has a state of the art coffee machine, brand new fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. Water and shower were hot. Air flow and temp adjustable from a modern digital thermostat Air outside was fresh (not far from the beach). Also very walkable 5 minutes to the A Train to Manhattan. Parking on the street - I always had a spot. I never needed anything the 16 days that I was there. Nothing beats the graciousness of the hosts! The neighbors are also very nice. Forget a hotel… this is really better
