PLEASE READ ALL: This is not your typical rental! It’s created for family fun and up to 6-8 guests. This 1,800 sq. ft. home is located on Johnson City’s east side, just minutes from Jonesborough, ETSU, the Med-Tech corridor, Kingsport, & Bristol, baby! Comfort was our primary consideration with thoughtfully selected brand-new mattresses, some new furniture and fixtures, and a well-stocked kitchen. This house is equipped for FUN with a pool table, air hockey, ping-pong, and video arcade console.

The Bearfoot Retreat Kingsport, TN

3BR/2BA ONE LEVEL Brick Ranch located next to Bays Mountain 5 mins from downtown Kingsport, W/D, Full Kitchen , 50 inch TV w/cable, WIFI provided. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an added pet fee. Can accommodate up to 6 guest, there is an $10 fee added per guest above 3 per night. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Also located on our 6 acre estate is a 2nd BNB rental the "BEARFOOT CHALET" to allow families to be close.

Our Country Home

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with loft and two gas fireplaces. Home is located in Tri-Cities, north Johnson City. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to eight people, with a king, 2 queen, pullout sofa, daybed, and futon. Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.

Cozy cottage perfectly located in Banner Elk, NC

Let our cozy cottage be your home-base for all your mountain adventures. For mtn biking, you will be minutes away from the trails at Lees-McRae College as well as the bike parks at Sugar and Beech Mountains during the summer. In the winter, you'll have several skiing and snow tubing options within a few miles as we are within 10-15 minutes to Beech or Sugar. Wildcat lake is at the bottom of our street. Bring your fishing gear or kayaks/stand-up boards!
