Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kingston upon Hull

My colleagues have stayed at this property before. Little difficult to find, it would be ideal for a What3Words to be issued with the check in details. But they enjoyed their stay again, and would stay again should we be in the area. Communication from host was good.

Can’t speak highly enough of Denise and Don and their lovely air B&B accommodation. Excellent location for Hessle, Humber Bridge and Hull. We were cycling part of route 1 and trans Pennine trail…just the perfect spot and easy to find. The room and bathroom were spotless with great attention to detail. Tea, coffee, snacks and bottled water all provided and an added bonus were the breakfast supplies provided. We used Denise’s lovely kitchen to cook ourselves a meal. Having ridden the trans Pennine trail from Hornsea in torrential rain, me and my bike arrived wet through and absolutely filthy. Denise and Don didn’t bat an eyelid!!! Don helped me hose my bike down and kindly stored in safely under cover. Denise washed and dried my filthy cycling gear. What a lovely couple who went above and beyond. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thanks so much

I truly wish I could have stayed at Laura’s for more. The accommodation was exceptionally comfortable and impeccably clean. Laura was always just a call away, ensuring every need was met with warmth and efficiency. Her continental breakfast was simply lovely, a perfect start to the day. The generous parking space and the peaceful neighborhood made for an undisturbed and restful night’s sleep. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hull or Castle Hill Hospital.

I just want to reiterate what everyone else has already said about Belinda and Ian's place - it's a fantastic place to stay. Belinda is an amazing cook so you can expect good home cooked food. It's the perfect balance of being chatty and sociable but also getting your own space to relax. Highly recommend!

I had 2 at Judith’s lovely house. The house is absolutely stunning, very clean and well presented and I was given free access to all areas and given guidance on how everything worked. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Judith was the perfect host and I would certainly stay there again. Thanks Judith.

Stayed here last year and again just felt at home. Beautifully decorated. Has everything you need. Amazing outdoor facilities which have been enhanced this year with outside TV / BBQ alongside pool and hot tub. Just felt so relaxed and had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Fabulous.

Lovely place to stay for few nights. Simon was very responsive with clear instructions. Checked in late night and found all keys and everything was as described. Spacious room and lovely neighbours

Amazing mattress I didn't want to get up and go work. Amazing host. Not everyday youve got Sky Tv in an Airbnb. Amazing stay as a football fan I was able to watch my football games. Clean room clean bathroom clean kitchen. Special cutleries for the guest. Always available to help in anyway. If im in York again id definitely would love to stay over.

This Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area it allowed for rest and relaxation. My husband truly enjoyed our twilight spa experience! Being able to see the stars at night, while relaxing in the hot tub, and spend quality time with my spouse was amazing.
