Holiday rentals with a patio in Kinrooi

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, making it feel very comfortable and like a home away from home. All the instructions provided by the host were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in and getting settled in a breeze. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Top! Communication always fast and smooth, the apartment is way bigger than I thought and extremely clean. Corina also was always kind and proactive - I can only recommend this place!

I had to postpone my stay at very short notice and unfortunately could not see the apartment. Thomas was incredibly accommodating and understanding – he refunded me all my costs on the day of check-in despite the short-term. If I visit Mönchengladbach, my top Airbnb accommodation is already fixed! Thanks for your flexibility and great communication. It's nice that I was still able to leave a review

Wolfgang is a very friendly host and was always easily accessible. He also "saved" me when I forgot my jacket on the descent;-) The apartment is small but has everything it needs and corresponds to the photos. The area is great for walks or a detour to the Netherlands.

The place was as hoped and exactly as shown in the photos! Everything you needed was on hand. The area was very quiet and yet very central, Erkelenz was less than 10 minutes away by car. The contact was super friendly and uncomplicated. Everything was very clean and you could really feel very comfortable.

Positive: - really nice apartment - Well located - Check-in information all received beforehand and was very easy - very friendly communication - everything you need! Really minimal shortcoming: a step comes down just behind the apartment door, which is why I almost lay down because I was not prepared for it.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Sebastiaan's house with three adults and three kids. Everything we needed was there, and we loved looking out the kitchen windows to the peaceful creek and fields beyond the backyard. Our kids had a great time playing in the creek as well as enjoying the toys, books, and games in the house. We loved using the indoor fireplace and outdoor BBQ. The house was very clean but still felt comfortable and homey. We didn't realize in advance the kitchen was a few steps down from the living and sitting room, but it ended up being a great space with large enough rooms for everyone to be together but also easy to split into smaller groups. The walk from the house to the nature reserve was wonderful and we saw lots of nesting herons. We felt we still had things we wanted to do in the area and we'd love to visit again and stay again at Sebastiaan's place.

The house is very spacious and nicely decorated. We particularly liked the terrace with the cozy seating area. The hosts are very nice and were also flexible when we arrived with a lot of delay because of our trains.

This is a great house, with a beautiful view and wonderful rooms & terraces. Every detail is present in the kitchen, and we really enjoyed all the amenities in the house: the fireplace, the sauna, the bath, the hammock, the bbq, the family games. It is definitely a place to relax in total peace and serenity. We found it hard to say goodbye!

We had a very nice stay at Hausen. The apartment is great with a top view and a kitchen with everything you need. The garden was also wonderful to sit in and light a fire. The surroundings are full of beautiful nature for walks or trips. There is not much to do in the house itself, but via the Rurhbahn (small train) you will be in Heimbach in no time and there are some nice pubs and restaurants. Marcus received us very friendly and the contact during our weekend was also very pleasant. He responded quickly and helpful :)

Our stay was just amazing! The accommodation is impeccable, exactly as in the photos, very well cared for, clean and with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely attentive, helpful and quick in the responses, ensuring everything was perfect for our trip. We felt very welcome.

Very clean and spacious apartment with a lot of privacy.

Anne was a lovely welcoming and accomodating host. Little extras like Chocolates, Coffee and Cream, and Bottled Water were much appreciated. Anne provided everything you could possibly need and more to make the stay perfect.
