This is a great, spacious apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. There are several bus and tram lines providing access to the city center or main station within minutes. Great host too! Highly recommend.

Spacious light flat with everything you need. Beautiful view on the meadows. Walking distance to the lake and close to the supermarket and train station. Our two kids loved it too, and appreciated the games. Can highly recommend!

We had a great time in Innsbruck. The apartment is nice, very clean and very well-equipped. The bedding on the main bed is extremely cosy. It is very well located less than a 10-minute walk to the historic center and close to several bus stops if you don't want to walk ( Welcome card offered very useful). Shared laundromat is handy. Thanks to Flo for his responsiveness in our communication.

This is a very comfortable apartment which is extremely clean and modern. The showers are excellent and the choice of a luxury bath too. The views are phenomenal and a very close location to the Town. The washing machine and dryer are a massive help when travelling with kids. This was very good value for money. Thank you for making our stay a comfortable one.

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. Easy check-in via key box. Spacious house, beds were made and plenty of towels available. We were only there for one night and left in the morning. I can't say anything about the kitchen equipment.

Thank you, Nina! This was one of the best stays, we immediately felt like home. The apartment was super clean and modern. It was light and kitchen had anything, along with Nespresso machine. The building was super tradicional from outside, but really modern on the inside, with a lot of cute touches. You could feel Nina hosts with heart :-). She was super helpful and kind, we had a really good feeling after meeting her. We would love to come back anytime. Such a nice stay, that it made our winter holiday in Kaprun ever better!

We had a great stay at this place. It’s cozy, has enough room for a family and is really close to the ski-resort. Just the perfect home for a family skiing vacation.

Just beautiful! We felt very comfortable and would have preferred not to move out at all. The area is a dream, everything important is within walking distance, you are super fast at the lake and the house is also beautiful. We really didn't miss anything. Everything was also provided for our children, changing mat, high chair... Everything was there. Our dog was also welcome, which pleased us very much, as it is not easy to find nice accommodations with a dog. It was very quiet and we had lots of space. The terrace is huge and the sauna is also great! I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for everything!

Michael and Lena were very nice hosts with a great house in a great location. It was all as in the photos, we felt right at home there. The cats were great, very affectionate and cute, we missed them after the holiday! You can do a lot in the area: cycling, hiking, swimming, sup riding,...We would definitely come back.

It's a very high quality furnished apartment and every room has access to the balcony. The location and excursion options are also 1A without having a car! Rainer and his wife are very warm and nice, the area as well as "the home", everything is highly recommended!

The place was very pleasant and exactly matched the pictures. Marco was kind and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We had a lot of fun and were able to enjoy our time to the fullest. Especially great was that we spent a few days in Mayerhofen to snowboard – a great experience! All in all a completely successful stay.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. You go to the apartment at ground level despite the hillside location, which was an advantage for my mother with a walker. Unfortunately, the weather was modest, but thanks to Netflix and cozy apartment, a rainy day "at home" was also no problem. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. Very quiet. The neighbor is very helpful. The apartment is large and clean. The only downside to the apartment is that the oven is quite noisy at night.

We had a lovely holiday as a family in Gauting. The house is the perfect base from which to explore the region and relax after a long day. Our 2.5-year-old liked the "wooden house" very much, just like us. We felt completely comfortable and would book it again at any time.

Andrea and her husband were great hosts. We immediately felt welcome and experienced a thoroughly Bavarian New Year's Eve.

The apartment is very nice and located on the top floor in the attic. The house is spacious and very clean and can accommodate four or later guests without problems. Communication with the host despite the holidays was all in all simple. The village of Chieming does not offer particular activities or places of interest, so keep in mind that to visit the beautiful surrounding areas you will definitely need a car.
