Holiday rentals with a patio in Kirton

We stayed two nights in this lovely, light and comfortable apartment. The location is ideal as it's adjacent to a large park, from which many walks can be taken into the countryside. Additionally it is less than 5 minutes walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

What a wonderful time in Steve's flat! Cosiness, lovely, high-quality furnishings, absolute peace and quiet - what more could you want? 5 stars are not enough......we will definitely be back!

Beautiful and comfortable, the Rectors Retreat was a wonderful long weekend stay. Private parking was a godsend and meant not paying for expensive parking during our stay. The location is brilliant being just around the corner from Steep Hill and a stones throw from the Castle & Cathedral. No issue with noise in a big city is always a plus. Only things to note was how warm it was upon arrival, all radiators were on full blast. Luckily plenty of lovely space to let cool air in and a fan is provided. The oven caught us out as you have to set a time after setting the temperature. But Valerie was prompt in her response and explanation after we contacted her about having a problem with the oven. An amazing stay in Lincoln near anything and everything you could wish to see or visit in the lovely city.

Lovely accommodation- clean and comfortable and peaceful

Marilyn’s place is great for a short stay. Ideal for couples. Immaculately clean. Easy walk to beach and town. There is everything you could possibly want in the chalet. Tea, milk and biscuits a nice touch! The toaster was causing problems but as soon we alerted Marilyn she popped in with a new one. Great service.

Charming apartment and a lovely host. The village was quintessentially English-village perfect, very quiet location, and the apartment was clean and light and cozy. I would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Dibley Lodge was the perfect little weekend getaway away for me and my partner! As a last minute reservation, we booked 4pm Friday afternoon and by 6pm the room was ready for us to check in. Greeted with the warmest welcome, and super clear information on amenities within the property and things to do in the area. The lodge is beautifully laid out, with everything you could possibly need; a very comfortable free standing bath! The property is only a short drive from Sleaford which has some lovely little restaurants and would recommend a Sunday Roast from The White Hart in Carlton-le-Moorland, another short drive from the property. Christine and her husband couldn’t have been more accommodating the whole the weekend and I will definitely be booking again ✨🌸

Claire has a beautiful home in a great location. The home was spotlessly clean and Claire had added thoughtful touches such as a welcome basket and recommendations for places to eat whilst there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked for longer!

A Beautiful and peaceful place to stay with a very friendly host. The garden is absolutely stunning and the annex was very cosy.

We have stayed a few times and would stay again. Home from home, beautiful house and Fiona is very friendly and helpful.

Sarma was very responsive and flexible with our check out when our train was cancelled. We loved how much space we had and were very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house in Peterborough. The property was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect alternative to staying at a hotel—offering much more space and a homey atmosphere. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. We recently spent the long Easter weekend at Tara’s barn conversion, and it was an absolute delight. The accommodation provided ample space for our three small families, ensuring everyone had a comfortable stay. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our visit truly enjoyable. Tara was exceptionally responsive throughout the booking process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Overall, we highly recommend this lovely barn conversion for its warmth, space, and excellent host.

Extremely accommodating and thoughtful, truly one of the best airbnbs iv been to. Great price range, free parking, simple instructions. The place has covered all bases. Guidebooks and help, simple and idiot proofed. Entry and staying was seamless. Very impressed Paul, 100% id recommend. Positive vibes, clear labels, good water pressure in the shower and homely place. I was visiting family and truly I will come and stay again if Paul will have me!

We had an amazing stay here over Easter weekend 2025. The apartment is absolutely perfect, set in beautiful surroundings and has everything that we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay with our dog. We enjoyed some local walks and tried out a couple of restaurants, both of which were great. The bed is one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in, making for a great night’s sleep. We made use of the gym which is very well equipped and we loved the thoughtful mini hamper of food, both were a complete bonus! We couldn’t have asked for more and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you! 🤩

We had the most wonderful stay at 1 Glenesk. Everything was perfect in this quirky apartment and Harriet, the host, was extremely responsive to any queries. Comfy bed, cosy lounge and perfectly situated to enjoy the delights of Woodhall Spa. Can’t recommend enough. 5 *****

Lovely flat well furnished and laid out. Everything you need for a stay to explore the area. Tesco Express next door, local amenities and places to eat close by, beach 20-30 minutes walk away and bus stop over the road. Would definitely stay again :)

Sue was a great host! She provided staples such as bread, milk and eggs aswell as a few treats. The place was very peaceful, clean and homely. We were able to have a prefect relaxing weekend. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to relax and listen to the birds 🙂
