Holiday rentals in Knippa

Beautiful home and porch. Also very comfortable beds and plenty of room for at least 14 ppl to sleep comfortably. It was very quiet even tho the owners home is very close. Plenty of deer to watch in the morning in the hottub with a cup of coffee!

Paul’s place was great! It was exactly what we needed, and Paul is such a great host. He was super kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t ready for us to use - it had to be drained the day we arrived (due to an unforeseen situation with the previous guests) and didn’t warm up in time for us to use as we were only staying 1 night, but Paul went above and beyond waiving our pet fee and allowing us a later check out which we really appreciated. Overall, a great house and a great host. We hope to visit again someday!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream! The ambiance was enchanting, perfectly blending rustic charm and modern comforts. When we stepped inside, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy interior and tasteful decor created a truly relaxing environment. The comfort level was exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living area was equally inviting, providing the perfect space to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring. The cleanliness of the cabin was impeccable. Every corner was spotless, and it was evident that the hosts took great pride in maintaining a pristine environment. The fresh linens, clean towels, and surfaces made us feel at home. Finally, the pastoral beauty of the surrounding area was breathtaking. The cabin was on a hill, and the porch afforded picturesque landscapes. It was an excellent experience, and we look forward to a return visit.

Great relaxing spot! It's not too far from good food, shopping, golf, and Fredericksburg!

This space was beautiful and peaceful. I felt like I was sitting in a place where artist and writers and storytellers had gathered. The house was so comfortable and inviting. Back Yard Bistro in Pipes Creek had the best chicken fried steaks I've ever tried. The hill behind the home was an excellent adventure for my family. The yard was perfect and sitting in the hot tub with the views was magical. 10 out of 10 on everything. I want to come to this place again.

We left our home after Hurricane Beryl and no electricity Kelli was very helpful in letting us check in early. We almost didn’t make the trip and she was already asking us about changing dates. Highly recommend staying here or other places Kelli has

Amy’s place was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. There were 11 of us and we had all the space we needed. There were weather was lovely and we were able to spend time at the river. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped. Our family is definitely considering spending next Thanksgiving there!
