Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Knox County

First time in Knoxville & was their for a interview. It was super close to LMU and she was super sweet. Would totally recommend and come back!

Casie was such a sweet and amazing host ! Very helpful & made sure we didnt need anything ! If we did need anything i know 100% i could have contacted Casie and got whatever i needed quickly! 10/10 in my opinion the views are absolutely beautiful! Walked right in and felt like i was at home !

Location right at the line of Old City and Downtown makes walking to almost anywhere convenient.

Our stay was great. The loft was just as pictured and had many restaurants within walking distance. Although it was downtown we could not hear any noise. Prepare to pay for parking and make sure you are not late in refreshing the meter. The cost of parking was not bad (about $5 for 4 hours, free after 8pm, and weekends). The host was responsive before our trip.

We stayed 2 nights on road-trip. Didn’t get a chance to see immediate neighborhood. Easy access to sites we wanted to see. Host top notch.

The apartment was in a perfect location for exploring downtown Knoxville. Easy walk down Gay Street and to Market Square. It was also an easy walk in the opposite direction to Old City with great restaurants nearby. The apartment was easy to access and had everything we needed. We felt like locals after our four day stay. The people in Tennessee are the nicest I've ever met (and I'm from Kentucky)!

Great spot for a big group. Perfect location for walking to Market Square and Old City. Lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from. Very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend here! It was just what we needed for a weekend in Tennessee. The house had enough room for our guests. We loved the hot tub area and although shared with other guests we never had any issues we hardly ever saw each other. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We had a great time!

Wonderful place for our large family Christmas! Separate houses made it easy to have some privacy…only downside was no place for all of us to sit down for a meal together, but since the houses are also rented separately completely understandable.

Wonderful house with a great location! Could not recommend this house and Austin as a host enough! House was clean and spacious and the outdoor space and hot tub were top notch. Austin checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well and was an attentive host. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Knoxville!

Great place. Nice new house. Looked like pictures. Close to many restaurants and things to do. It was really nice.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Small amenities included. We just stayed one night but would happily stay with Stephanie anytime.
