Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Knox County

We had a great family filled weekend here and plan on making it a yearly deal for us and hope to stay here again. Beautiful cabin , we all felt so at home. Great location to anything you need or want. We rode Windrock Offroad park in our jeeps and had a blast. The back yard is heavenly with a beautiful creek and plenty of space for our dogs to run. Definitely one of our favs so far 😊

This cabin is the real deal, with plenty of land and lake to enjoy. Exactly as described, strongly recommend.

This house was perfect for our family stay in Knoxville. Suzanne, the host, was extremely helpful, had great information typed out to enhance our time in the house and surrounding area and was very responsive to any questions I had throughout our stay. The house is large with wonderful space for everyone. There were the perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for my family and the beds very comfy. The kitchen is a dream in which to prepare meals. The couches in the family room off the kitchen are large so my family could easily gather to watch lots of football on tv together. The location is nearby great restaurants and shopping, which is a huge plus. I will definitely book a stay here again!

This place lives up to its “funky” name! Great house that accommodated our group well. The huge basement with games and tv was a hit. In a quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes drive to plenty of shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

From clicking on the house to inquiring to Anthony there was no question that this would be a good place to stay. He is beyond accommodating to what you need for your stay. If you have questions, he's got informed answers. The house is comfy cozy in a safe neighborhood with nice neighbors. Not at any point did I feel like unwelcomed brining in a family with 2 kids under the age of 2 , a grown child I call my husband and our pup. 10 out of 10. I'll make sure to keep this house in mind for future stays! Thank you so much from having us from hotels!!!

My son and I had a great stay here while visiting UTK. The location was fantastic! It was very walkable to restaurants and shops (even with the rare snowstorm we had!) We both loved the vibe of the space and the amenities provided. He was particularly happy with the gym access and I loved the big comfy couch. Parking is a block over which wasn’t a big deal, but the hill is steep if someone has any mobility issues. Hosts were very helpful and answered questions promptly. We loved our stay and would come back again!

This was a great stay! I was in Knoxville for a week during the holidays, working from home. Internet was good and it's a quiet neighborhood. You can hear some interstate noise while inside but it's not unbearable. The entry was nice, no stairs to drag my luggage up or down on. The bathroom is a bit small but manageable for a short stay! Loved the in unit laundry! I appreciated all the extra items available for use that Mandee had placed in the kitchen, bathroom and throughout the place. It's the little things that can make a difference!

Nice 2 bedroom apt in new community. Third floor provided privacy. Place was very clean. Pricing very fair. Enabled us to gather as a family for Thanksgiving without overcrowding our daughter’s place. Thank you!
