Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Knoxville

We were looking for a hotel close to University of Tennessee. With it being game weekend, the prices were insane. Allison's listing was a reasonable rate per night but a 20 minute drive away from the university so we didn't know if we're going to regret our decision on game day...but we didn't. The place was spacious enough for my son and I with a nice little kitchen/dining area and it was spotless. We had extra linens to use on the pullout couch with super comfy pillows. The hosts even left breakfast bars, oatmeal and coffee out to make our mornings easier. I messaged a couple times before arriving and my questions were answered quickly in a detailed manner and they even gave us restaurant recommendations with we appreciated! If my son winds up attending University of Tennessee next fall we will absolutely be back!

Our host was amazing! During the storms this weekend, she ensured that we were safe the entire way. The place was clean and quiet, & surrounding area was peaceful. All in all, great weekend! Thank you.

This cute little home was perfect for our stay in Sevierville. Only 3.5 miles from the main drag. The host was so thoughtful. She left a sweet handwritten note. Snacks for hoomans and fur babies. The little touches were appreciated. The fenced in yard was very convenient for our fur babies. Bathrooms really nice. Bedrooms spacious. Kitchen well stocked (although we didn’t eat in), looked as if it had everything you could possibly need. We will definitely keep this one in our list to rent again!!

This was a great place for my husband and I and our medium sized dog. We stayed for ~3 weeks. The neighborhood is good for walking a dog (there are sidewalks on most streets). The fenced-in backyard was really great although it was pretty cold while we were there, so we didn't get a ton of use out of it. The kitchen area is small but adequate - stocked with utensils, pots, pans, cookie sheet for using the oven, coffee maker, keurig, milk frother, toaster, etc. We cooked most of our meals here and found it worked well. The unit is heated by two wall heaters, which were sufficient although on the coldest days (highs in the 20s), it was a tad bit chilly. Can't imagine this is a common temperature in Tennessee though!

Our stay was fantastic. Becky and Lauren are super nice hosts, and they gave us a bunch of great recommendations for the area. Their cabin is very spacious and has everything you need for an extended stay. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the covered screened porch is an extra plus. Hope to be back!

This was my second stay at Anne's 'Home away from home' and I was again very comfortable there. A clean and beautiful house, a sweet dog, a quiet neighborhood and a easy-going hostess I can highly recommend!

Loved our stay here! Easy to find, far enough out to be away from hustle & bustle, yet still close to conveniences. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and when I discovered one small issue, they resolved it quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the lovely place to stay!

Can't say enough good about this house or Jonathan! So many neat amenities and special touches! Fresh cinnamon rolls and fruits (among other things) waiting on us at arrival. The back yard is perfect for kids, so much room to run. Jonathan was a perfect host, definitely strives to make your stay perfect. We will rent again if available.

Great location for our stay. It's only 2 miles to plenty of restaurants. We were in town for a golf tournament and it's directly across the street from Dandridge Golf Club. Great communication from host. Very clean and exactly as pictured. We didn't have pillows on the beds and went and purchased some for the week. Lex apologized and assured me he would make sure that didn't happen again. Overall very pleased and we will look to stay with him again next year.

I would definitely book again for my next trip. The views were better beautiful and the location was perfect. The indoor heated pool was a plus!
