Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ko Lanta District

This is the second time during our 3-month stay in Thailand that we live on the Malee Highlands. We can highly recommend this property and it is proven even by returning a second time. Our two kids of 3 and 6 years found this home by far the most fun.

We loved staying at Malee highlands. It was perfect for our 4 week stay with our family. Felt like home away from home, staff were lovely and apartment complex had fantastic infrastructure. Restaurant, pools, spa, cafe and free taxi shuttle all super useful while staying on the island. Beautiful sunsets and great views!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Patrada. The room is perfect for solo travelers, couples, and small families who are looking for an immersive and welcoming experience. Patrada went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering travel tips, food, insightful stories with warmth and humour. I look forward to returning to Koh Lanta with my family and plan on staying with Patrada.

Second time at Malee Highlands and the apartment with pool was even nicer and more comfortable than the first time. And we were absolutely satisfied and happy there too. Great place to stay. Clean, comfy and super friendly. Liked it so much we’re coming back in 2 weeks for another month!

Great accommodation with the best amenity for the whole family! The adult pool is relaxing and the kids pool are fun for the kids. They have a restaurant on site and a mini mart in the office. We rented our scooters from the office which made things very convenient for us. The onsite drivers are very friendly and would take us to places but we have to get our own transport going back which is completely okay because the tuktuk and taxi are super cheap anyway. The taxi can go all the way up but the tuktuk can’t, so bear that in mind in case you’re hauling a lot of grocery items. There’s tons of restaurants, cafe and massage place in the area. Can’t wait to go back

Our family had a wonderful extended stay at Malee Highlands. The place itself was well taken care of and had everything we needed including a beautiful view of a sunset every evening. The shuttle was a great bonus to get where we needed to everyday. We enjoyed the generous offerings and organized activities on the property from the multiple pools, dining, padel, gym, activity room, etc. The staff and owners were very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any needs or questions. Highly recommend!

I had a truly superb experience staying at this beautiful villa in Krabi! Everything exceeded expectations — from the serene surroundings and well-maintained space to the warm hospitality. The villa offered the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and tropical charm. Waking up to such stunning views every day was a dream! It made my stay incredibly relaxing and memorable. The most beautiful view you could ever have! And the most gracious host possible! This is a gem of a place, a very special opportunity to see another world and escape into nature and away from the crowds. The host organized a perfect day boat trip for us and another day trip close by to some natural springs for swimming. The prices he gave us were extraordinary, so much value for so little! We felt so touched by our hosts welcoming manner! The highlight of our whole stay was Baw’s cooking. Best food we have had yet during our 2 months in Thailand. Fish was incredible and made with such care and expertise! Don’t miss it! One thing to know for longer stays, is there is not an easy place to regularly swim and there is only one restaurant (though very good) within walking distance). All in all, a top notch stay in a magical place. Don’t hesitate to come here! Our kids loved it too!! Thank you Baw!!🙏

Nice house with a very kind and helpful host. Sutisa provided assistance whenever needed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. If you have a car, this is a great place to stay.

The place was clean and spacious with all required amenities being present. Nek was always available on messages and was quick to respond to our queries. The house may not be listed on maps and u have to put in Alisa hotel in order to reach the location. 7 eleven is quite close by and makes it easier to buy regular things. The location is quite peaceful and private. 1 thing that stood out was that Nek had also provided a list of places to roam arouns near by with contacts of the places. The only complaint I would have is the bathroom on the ground floor was a bit smelly though the reason was not identified, but it could have been ignored.

Amazing villa, unbelievable. Extremely responsive and flexible host, very clean house, amazing swimming pool. The water machine is the real game changer.

We loved our stay in Torgrim's house. He was very flexible with our checkin and we loved the street in which the villa was location. It is close to 4 km away from beach road, however you can get a grab or bolt and travelling isn't an hassle.

The place is lovely, great having a small kitchen and lounge area and the balcony was good. Huge bed and nice shower. It is about 10 minute walk to AO Nang beach and the 7-Eleven. The pool was nice and well cleaned and the gym was also ok. Weights not very heavy and some machines not working but managed to get a couple of workouts in. Host was great at communicating, extended our stay at the last minute and has also posted some earsbuds which I left.

I enjoyed a breathtaking sunset view during my stay. The condo features two swimming pools—one near the bar and the other right in front of my Airbnb. The pool by the bar offers stunning sunset views. The service was excellent; they promptly addressed all my inquiries, and transportation was available for 1000 baht from the airport. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to provide rides to local beaches. My only downside was that the condo is situated on a steep hill, and ride services are only offered until 5 PM.

The place is very well located if you are well on foot. The beach is about 20 minutes away and the night market. Supermarkets about 5 minutes away. We had a good time!

I stayed in Sebastian’s apartment for about a month and had a great experience. Location — it’s slightly away from the busy center, which made evenings especially peaceful. I loved hearing birds chirping in the evening, and the quiet atmosphere was a big plus. The place is fully equipped with everything you might need — there’s even a kitchen with a stove, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. I also really liked the condominium itself. It has a nice outdoor area with swimming pool and sun loungers. There are washing machines available at a very reasonable price (30 and 40 baht), as well as a water dispenser where you can easily refill your bottles. The complex is also secured with 24/7 security, which made it feel very safe and well-managed. Communication with Sebastian was excellent. He always responded quickly, and everything went exactly as agreed. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a place to stay in Ao Nang!
