Holiday rentals with a sauna in Ko Samui District

Lovely place very spacious clean and quiet would 100% stay again Highly recommend.

Great spot with bike hire close. Being on the main road side, noise from traffic was noticeable but not an issue for us. Great parking, 10 step walk from our building and we could see the bike from our balcony. The door to enter the building required a keycard however on the second day we realized it was always unlocked. forgot my nail clippers... 8/10

Great stay! super clean. amazing pools. Friendly neighbours. water pressure of the shower is pretty good. Bed is big and kitchen functional. we had issues with the AC ( normal in the island with électricity black outs) But Matthias and Jittra were helpful right away. Overall we had a very very pleasant stay. Thank you both🙏🏻

Sarah and her partner were great hosts and very receptive. She's been busy booking a motorbike for us. The condo is very spacious with an entire kitchen, clean and the bed is super comfortable. Water is also provided, which was much appreciated. The balcony has partial sea and road views. The pool is spacious and very pleasant. Fisherman's Village is about a 20-minute walk away. In order to enjoy the island, I strongly suggest booking a motorbike, it's definitely worth it. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sarah's place a lot. I'd definitely go back.

Loved our stay of 10 nights in Koh Samui here! The new AC, a washing machine, and a safe made it so comfortable and convenient. We rented a car and parking was no problem in this quiet condo complex. 7-11 is nearby as well as the Si Khao Night Market (both walkable) so you will never go hungry. Thank you Jenn and Mei!

Gordons apartment is great for shorter stays, we stayed 5 nights and had everything we needed. He also arranged a private tour of the island for us at very reasonable price. Nice and quiet apartment complex with nice pool. Would recommend for your visit. :)

The apartment is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable. Friendly host. The only drawback is the very busy road, day and night traffic - we couldn't sleep because of the noise

Amazing place. Everything looks exactly as pictured. Amma organized a taxi, met us at the place, and even drove us to the nearest mall. The communication was amazing! Amma is super friendly and kind. She solved every problem fast, with no issues (even when we almost broke the window on the balcony). The location is great, too. It's quiet and clean. Fisherman village is a great district, especially when the night market is on. Be sure to rent a motorbike cause the closest beach is actually almost 15 mins walk. Also, the Bangrak market is 10 mins, it's an amazing spot to buy fresh fruits, vegetables, and seafood of course. As for the beach, the Choengmoan is a 10-15 mins ride, and it's much better than the beaches around. If you want breakfast, explore the Sasatorn, their food is amazing! Highly recommend. Overall, a great stay, I really enjoyed that. If you need a small quiet apartment, make sure to book Amma's place!

We stayed here for 5 days. Location is amazing and everything is pretty walkable. In the area you will find loads of cool cafes&shops where to get what you need. Also just 1min walk from the apartment there is a cool massage spot! The apartment was lovely, bright and with good balcony where you can dry your swimming things. And have a fantastic view to the sea! :) We had very good sleeps here. Also, spacious walking in wardrobe. :) The complex has a pool which is brilliant as the days get hot. There is a gym - a bit old and rusty but you can do the basic, hehe. Just so you know if you rent this place you have to pay additional money for the water and electricity. We barely used AC, but cooked few brekkies here and had kids using the shower. So we paid all together 680baht (we stayed 5 days). And also the washing machine seemed a bit out of date as we washed our clothes and they felt still unwashed, don't know why. Thanks Kate

I stayed with my family at Villa South Beach in Koh Samui, and it was an unforgettable experience! Stunning design with Miami south beach vibes, they have really hit the nail on the head . The highlight of my stay was the incredible rooftop, which offered breathtaking views of the surrounding palm trees perfect for sunset watching in the evening. The villa is equipped with everything you need for relaxation, including a massage table (they offer to bring masseuse on request) , sauna, and an outdoor bath! Every detail is thoughtfully curated, making this place feel like a private paradise. I can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a serene getaway in Koh Samui

Oded you can try to leave the property later, he and Ethan took care of everything and were very attentive to all our needs and helped us and made the wonderful house stay even better !

♡ I & My friends had a fantastic stay here at Replay Pool Villa! From the moment we arrived, Jeff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The location was perfect—convenient for exploring nearby attractions and easily accessible via public transportation. We also loved the amenity & pool which added to our overall experience. A special thanks to the Jeff for their excellent service and hospitality. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Samui!!! ♡

Jeff and his assistant Sann are extremely reactive and very kind. They offer kind and efficient assistance for anything related to the house or even organising excursions, finding a surprise birthday cake... Their contribution to our stay was significant and made everything nicer, easier and simpler. The house is beautiful, looks exactly like the pictures. The spaces are huge and there is a lot of light (except in one of the bedrooms). The swimming pool (2*25m, with two sliders, sunbathing and play area) with direct access from the house is amazing! The house is well-equipped (as in the description), which allows for a relaxed stay. The location is nice and very quiet, we loved it because Thailand may be very noisy... However this quiet has also a small drawback: there is no shop closer than about 15min walk. But there are lots of delivery services ;) and also restaurants, massage salons, ... are very close to the house. In only a few words: we really loved our stay there!!

Beautiful house, wonderful host! Would totally stay here again. There was a minor issue with the aircon in one of the rooms on the first night but Jeffrie arranged for technicians to come in and fix it the next day. Gorgeous full floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool in the backyard makes this such a delightful stay.

This was a magical stay. Kungnang and Peter were incredible hosts - going above and beyond to help us find our way to the bungalow in the pouring rain late at night. They hired us a scooter, the restaurant had well priced delicious home cooked food and the hosts had a wealth of knowledge about the island. We will definitely be back!
