great accommodation. Ahmed is very responsive, always in touch and always ready to help, gives good recommendations. The closet is damp, use moisture traps. The condo area is a bit tired, you need to sign up for the court in advance at the reception.

Great stay! super clean. amazing pools. Friendly neighbours. water pressure of the shower is pretty good. Bed is big and kitchen functional. we had issues with the AC ( normal in the island with électricity black outs) But Matthias and Jittra were helpful right away. Overall we had a very very pleasant stay. Thank you both🙏🏻

Sarah and her partner were great hosts and very receptive. She's been busy booking a motorbike for us. The condo is very spacious with an entire kitchen, clean and the bed is super comfortable. Water is also provided, which was much appreciated. The balcony has partial sea and road views. The pool is spacious and very pleasant. Fisherman's Village is about a 20-minute walk away. In order to enjoy the island, I strongly suggest booking a motorbike, it's definitely worth it. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sarah's place a lot. I'd definitely go back.

We had a great stay at the apartment. The apartment is exactly the same as described in the pictures and has excellent wifi/internet. It is in a quite area but this also means you need to rent a scooter. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the property manager Yana was helpful. She also informed us to store water in case there is a power outage.(Note: the apartment doesn't have backup power) Overall we had a great stay.

Exactly as listed. Quiet location, but only 10 minutes walk to a 711, night market, and fruit/veg stall. The owner is casual, and so is the building. The bathroom is lovely, plenty of hot water. Everything in the apartment is modern, and works well.

The apartment is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable. Friendly host. The only drawback is the very busy road, day and night traffic - we couldn't sleep because of the noise

Gordons apartment is great for shorter stays, we stayed 5 nights and had everything we needed. He also arranged a private tour of the island for us at very reasonable price. Nice and quiet apartment complex with nice pool. Would recommend for your visit. :)

We stayed here for 5 days. Location is amazing and everything is pretty walkable. In the area you will find loads of cool cafes&shops where to get what you need. Also just 1min walk from the apartment there is a cool massage spot! The apartment was lovely, bright and with good balcony where you can dry your swimming things. And have a fantastic view to the sea! :) We had very good sleeps here. Also, spacious walking in wardrobe. :) The complex has a pool which is brilliant as the days get hot. There is a gym - a bit old and rusty but you can do the basic, hehe. Just so you know if you rent this place you have to pay additional money for the water and electricity. We barely used AC, but cooked few brekkies here and had kids using the shower. So we paid all together 680baht (we stayed 5 days). And also the washing machine seemed a bit out of date as we washed our clothes and they felt still unwashed, don't know why. Thanks Kate

Her team was equally professional and friendly, providing prompt and efficient service throughout our stay. Overall, our experience at Villa #3 was extraordinary. I would highly recommend the Headland villa.

Oded you can try to leave the property later, he and Ethan took care of everything and were very attentive to all our needs and helped us and made the wonderful house stay even better !

Beautiful beach that is almost private. It is shared with the other listing and who ever decides to walk down the beach. There is a nice hangout space where we spent most of our time. Food nearby is good, but can be busy in the evening. Walking around on the main road can be challenging as the road can be quite busy. Sidewalks were in the process of being built when we were there. Easy to hail a sangsaw if you don’t want to rent a motorbike. Kitchen and bathroom are small, but sufficient. Lots of grocery stores near by. Something to keep in mind is the porch is a large step up and shower is a large step down to get into.

The best accommodation experience in Thailand. The hosts are super nice and welcoming people. We had a problem with the hot water and they manage to fix it within 2 hours. The villa was spacious and well-equipped, including an elevator for luggage. The residential area has a tennis court and a gym (some of the machines didn't work but it was good enough). We were disappointed we couldn't stay longer and will definitely come back if we'll be in Koh Samui.

This was a magical stay. Kungnang and Peter were incredible hosts - going above and beyond to help us find our way to the bungalow in the pouring rain late at night. They hired us a scooter, the restaurant had well priced delicious home cooked food and the hosts had a wealth of knowledge about the island. We will definitely be back!

Great house with all amenities, which is a rarity here on the island. Clean and cozy. The host is very responsive and ready to help with your favorite questions, responds very quickly. Definitely recommend!!

We spent three days at Maxim's house and felt very comfortable and welcome. The house is well-equipped and even offers the possibility to wash and dry laundry. It provides ample space for a family of four. The three double beds are comfortable and ensure a good night's sleep. The kitchen is well-equipped, though we didn't use it to prepare meals. Everything matched the photos, and the house was very clean. There are small bars and restaurants in front of the complex for evening outings. Fisherman's Village is nearby, about a 20-minute walk or 4 minutes by scooter/car. Electricity costs are billed separately; we paid 500 Baht for three days, which is fair. The large pool in the complex can be used and has a shallow area for small children. There is also a fitness studio whose equipment worked well, though some grips need replacing. We used the studio at the reception, but there is another one available. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Maxim's House. Thank you for having us, Maxim!
