House was beautiful with amazing views. Both the pool and the hot tub were wonderful and the beach was short (10 min) walk. the kitchen and grill were great cooking and we loved all the Polish pottery! Overall, great location and house for our family.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed a fabulous stay here in this wonderful home. Everything from the space, to location to the cleanliness was great. The multiple indoor and outdoor spaces offer a haven to relax and unwind. and with easy access to the motorway, beach and local restaurants it’s a perfect place to stay. The space also caters well to large groups which is a bonus and to top it off Grant is an exceptional host. Would highly recommend staying here!

The place , space and area was beautiful, there was easy communication between us and the host, lots of information was provided too us through the Airbnb app. The dogs were very friendly when they paid us a visit. Absolutely loved the rustic look and feel with a twist of moderness. Would totally rebook the ‘Clevedon Retreat’.

Sue is wonderful host, very helpful and replying quickly to emails and messages. We had great time in her house, used spa and back yard for relaxing afternoons there. Thanks Sue so much

We highly recommend staying here - perfect location, walkable distance to shops, cafes and the beach, private, a great outdoor area for bbqs and roasting marshmallows, and the use of the car was amazing and so handy to get to the supermarket and other beaches. Loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back!!

We had such a great time we didn't want to leave. The house was perfect for our large family & friends group. It is located in the best position, so central. Robyn was a brilliant host and super helpful.

Awesome location, restaurants, cafes, parks, bus/train and supermarkets nearby. Lovely and private house, clean and felt very relaxed. Communication with host was excellent and they were proactive in checking on us, gave us a later check out as our flight was late and it was much appreciated :) Thank you. Would stay again !

Lovely place, very modern, feels newly renovated. Very calming with all the nature around you and great to have x2 off street car parks if you need! Host was really lovely and allowed us an early checkin so we could get to a wedding on time, greatly appreciated!

Wonderful home with everything we needed. While as a 1970/80s there was some to be expected minor cosmetic blemishes, it has no impact on stay and overall the house was spotless. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful both prior to check in and after check out. As mentioned in the description the projector isn’t viewable in the daylight and is the only tv system - no issues for us , but if you have kids you may want to pack a tablet for them to watch :)

Such a stunning location within walking distance to Palm Beach and the lovely Arcadia Cafe. Was a lovely peaceful home to stay in with stunning views out to the ocean. A simple home but perfect to relax and enjoy stunning Waiheke Island.

Cole's place is a stylish, spacious home with great living space and a beautiful outdoor patio/garden. The location is super. A short walk to Point Chevalier beach for swimming and less than 15 mins drive to the city centre. The jacuzzi is a bonus!

We were absolutely thrilled with the quality of the accommodation, the beds were just right! Superior kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. Very comfortable lounge. We loved our stay - thank you 🙏 🌷

This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

Thank you, Christine, for the 5-star service, accommodation and most importantly communication. We were in a rut due to other housing falling through while getting our house fumigated and Christine literally offered everything in the space of half an hour and the bonus was it was a street over from our own home. Appreciate that Christine put us up for the night and the accommodation was more than we could ever ask for. Thank you again Christine and keep up the great work!

Georgia’s place is gorgeous, like a home from home, great location, well appointed and gorgeous inside and out. Georgia is a wonderful host and I would definitely stay again. Loved the welcome basket with some snacks, so thoughtful. Highly recommend staying here.

Big thanks to Lilian for being super responsive and flexible when we booked her place at the last minute for a wedding we were attending in Auckland! Accommodation was exactly as advertised, check in was a breeze and we all had a great night sleep after a very busy day, would highly recommend :)

Chris is an excellent host. The booking was very last minute and his responsiveness to our inquiry was much appreciated. The home is modern, with plenty of space and a great view. A perfect place to relax, in comfort, after a busy day. Being close to shops, restaurants and transportation makes it a very convenient location. We liked the house rules that made expectations very clear about being considerate and quiet neighbors. Clearly that is reciprocated as it was a very quiet place to stay.
