Holiday rentals with lake access in Komani Lake

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. The owner were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Prel and his family were very helpful. Contact via Airbnb and mobile phone was fast and clear. The area around the house is very beautiful. Just make sure you have a decent 4x4 car to reach the house. Otherwise you need to ask them to drive you.

The house is located in the old town, very quiet and peaceful place. Everything you need is close by. It is about 10 minutes walk to the city center. A few minutes to the river Moraca, where you can swim on a hot day. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Really interesting house, very spacious with a great view over a lake. Listened to lots of birds and frogs at night. WiFi very fast. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet and peaceful as well.

Host was friendly and greeted us personally. The apartment was exactly as described. Close to main bus station and promenade with restaurants. We were very happy with our one week stay here.

The host Alza is amazing. Great communication and nice room close to supermarket. Unfortunately we could not find enough bed sheets for 4 persons, but the rest of the appartment was fine. Thank you very much for the time.

Beautiful experience! The property is located just outside the historic center of Skutari, so you can get around easily. Great location as a base to visit the many attractions of the surroundings (sea, mountains, lake...) Very well-kept apartment in every detail, with private elevator and direct access to the floor, peculiarity that transmits security and tranquility. We had great advice about both the areas to visit and for the restaurants in the area that we tried with great satisfaction 🤤 Friendly and helpful hosts for any eventuality. We were also able to use electric bikes for a nice ride on the lakefront. Northern Albania is so charming. We'll be back for sure. Thanks for everything.

We enjoyed our stay for two nights. The accommodation had all the comforts. The supermarket downstairs was super convenient, and there were good restaurants around. Also, it was a perfect base to explore the area, such as hiking in Theth. Thanks Orlando for the great experience!

Very nice house on the Bojana river. We had a wonderful time at the house (sun deck is amazing) and discovering the surroundings. It’s a great place to disconnect. The house is well equiped and the host will give you a lot of recommandations.

Our stay at Meli’s Apartment was truly exceptional. The apartment is beautifully designed, with a luxurious touch in every detail – from the modern furnishings to the high-end amenities. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the lake, which made every morning and evening feel magical. The location is perfect, and Kolorado was a fantastic host – very responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and a breathtaking view in Shkodra.

Irena’ s place was great! I told her I would be bringing my husband and two small children so she offered for us to stay at her other Airbnb so that we would have a lot more space for the kids. She was a phenomenal host and was very very responsive. When she couldn’t be there for us she had her neighbor help us out asap. She even took time out of her day to have lunch with all of us at one of her recommended spots then took our kids out for ice cream afterwards.

Probably one of the best sojenicas (river houses) out there! You have a lot of privacy in the garden which a lot of them lack, and the walk to the river is magical. And so close to the beach! We really enjoyed it. :)

Such a beautiful place! Saved our holiday. So peaceful, great place to relax and take in the sun and have a swim in the river or paddle down to the beach.

The accommodation was comfortable: very tasteful, stylish, discreetly furnished. Warm light. Cozy indoors or outdoors. Kaltrina's mother on site was a warm host.
