The properties 300m2 of luxury living with an additional 144m2 of outdoor roof garden are positioned to take advantage of the stunning 360 degree views, whilst offering absolute privacy. The apartment is finished to the highest standards, with every amenity catered for, it has its own private pool, fire pit, outdoor bar and braai area where you can enjoy the spectacular views. The interiors are urban cool and designed to have our guests relax, work or entertain in equal measure. The apartment building has 24 hour security, access through the front lobby on Loop Street or Via the private parking garage on Buitten Street affording you direct lift access to the flat. We only rent the space as an entire home so its pretty much access all areas! We can offer concierge services at an additional cost, anything from having your breakfast made for you, to a daily turn down/bed making and cleaning service, a cocktail barman to serve you and your guests drinks or a driver/host to recommend and take you to some of the finest wineries, restaurants and tourist attractions. We as hosts are also on hand to give you some pointers in terms of our favorite restaurants, wine farms, markets, golf courses and general events and activity in and around Cape Town. Experience the neighbourhood from right outside the door, with the Bree Street buzz of bars, restaurants, bakeries, design studios and fashion outlets. Something interesting is always going on at any time — there's even a monthly street carnival. Heart of the city, use Uber, hail a cab, or use the My City Bus to get around. Cape Town is also a relatively easy city to drive in and car hire is cheep. There is much said about safety in Africa. I would say this, CT city Centre is like no other city in Africa, it is very clean and very safe. My wife is Spanish I am English and we have made Cape Town our home for these past 10 years, we can safely say that so long as you excersize the same common sense and caution that you would when visiting a City anywhere in the world you will have a very safe and very fun time in the Mother City.

Camps Bay chic home with great views near beach

Wander through this stunning, bright townhouse and absorb design inspiration from its eclectic touches. Prepare a meal on the BBQ grill, take a swim in the pool, and light the fire pit while enjoying the sunset with family and friends. 11 The Retreat is only a 3 minute leisurely walk from the famous Camps Bay beach and restaurants. The house is spread over 3 levels. A 3 car private and lockable garage on the first, main living area inside and outside on the second level and bedrooms and bathrooms on the top and 3rd level. All levels are accessible by stairs and is therefore not wheelchair friendly or will not suit guests with walking difficulty. Accommodation is made up of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Toilets are not separate but there is an additional guest loo on the second level. The house has a small private swimming pool, fire pit and gas barbecue. Pick n pay and a great variety of restaurants are just a short walk away. The property was newly renovated in 2015 and refurnished October 2016. For the duration of your stay, you will have access to the entire home. I am phone call away to assist with anything you may need during your stay. Enjoy security and serenity in the amazing neighborhood of Camps Bay. Stroll for just three minutes to the beach or enjoy the restaurant hub and local shops. Exploring beyond the area is easy with easy access to Cape Town and surrounding areas. The Cape Town my City bus stop as well as the red Cape Town sightseeing tourist bus is nearby and approximately a 5 min walk. We can also assist with airport transfers and all other traveling requirements. Should you wish for us to shop for you and stock the fridge and pantry before your arrival, we can do that too at an additional service fee.

Located at the foot of the iconic Table Mountain, Mountain Views Villa is your home away from home whilst visiting Cape Town. An eclectic, modern and warm fusion of indoor and outdoor living. The entertainment area is a pleasure to mingle in, have a barbecue or simply relax. Spend your days around the pool, or recline on a daybed. Upstairs private patio's to enjoy a bit of reading, or sip on a glass of wine and relax with friends. It's only a short drive either to the surrounding wine farms, the beach, or go for a scenic drive along Chapmans Peak drive for breathtaking views. Entire home. I will meet and greet you, and am more than willing to advise you of all my favourite spots in Cape Town. I am in love with my own city, and am still exploring it and finding new places of interest which I am happy to pass on to guests. Offering views of Table Mountain in the neighbourhood of Newlands, the home is steps away from Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden and the lush hiking trails of Newlands Forest. Shopping at the Cavendish Square mall is a short drive away. Access to 1 big closed garage for 2 cars If you decide to hire a car, as it is easy to travel to all the various places of interest. Alternatively Uber functions exceptionally well in Cape Town.

Our cottage, nestled in a lush indigenous garden, finds itself in Cape Town’s leafy Southern suburbs. Dozens of world class restaurants and wine farms are scattered throughout the immediate area. Kirstenbosch gardens, beaches and hiking trails are also all a short drive away. This sustainable cottage integrates into its surroundings with big sliding doors through which one can appreciate the leafy garden, fishpond and hammock.
