The stay was comfortable and wonderful. Mr. Riyaz is a nice man following up right from check in to stay to the check out. Definitely my place of stay on the next visit to Hyderabad. I'm so satisfied that I have recommended this stay to my close circle too.

A very comfortable place to stay, has all the required amenities. It's near to many major city attractions. Metro is just a couple of minutes walk. Our host is very friendly and took care of all our needs. Thank you for hosting us Dr., looking forward to stay again. :)

I stayed at the bnb for 2 weeks, and it was a home away from home. The house was clean and maintained on a day to day basis. it was easy to manage and communicate with the host. location is convenient for walking nearby, and readily available shared rides from outside the apartment itself.

Sheetal is the most responsive host we have had, she went above and beyond our needs to make sure we were comfortable. the day we came to the property she had someone come to the main street so it would be easy for us to find the property and we don't get lost. if you want a cleaning person to come help clean the flat she was ready to send a person. if there was anything you needed she would arrange it for you. the property was very comfortable for our family. the property is close to a lot of dining options so you would not have to eat at the same place twice. overall it was a wonderful stay and Sheetal is a great host.

The Overall experience Staying was good at Studio Home, There was only a minor problem with Washroom Tap and WC flush water flow was very low which was taking long time to fill Bucket and refill the Flush tank.. Otherwise this place is spacious and comfortable for stay..

The location of the property is near to Apollo Jubilee Hills. Online grocery, food and other amenities are easily available. Host is extremely cordial. It was a nice stay.

Had a good time at this place. It is a studio apartment with a terrace. The TV and 5.1 was of great quality. If you're looking for a movie night, this is a great place with all the amenities. Ruhina was a great host. She is very responsive and guided us throughout for a hassle free check-in

Smriti has been a great host with her responsiveness and well maintained property. The appartment was completely clean and had all basic amenities. The house was clean with all small and big needs to stay fulfilled ranging from kitchen ware to blankets, towels and a first aid! The location is great with market at a walking distance. Accessible transport include metro, taxi and bus stop. The property has spacious rooms along with a dining area, hall room and two balconies. The property has AC, Gyser, microwave, fridge, washing machine, wifi and iron table. Well worth the stay, recommended!!

The place was beautiful and just as described on the site. Close to shopping and restaurants. everything was very close by. We picked the place so we could stay close to family. Place was dusty and bathrooms were not clean either when we arrived. But the owner responded quickly to our request and got the place deep cleaned. He was always available and very quick to respond. Very easy check-in and check out. We had a late flight and they were very accommodating with check in and check out process. We will chose this place again for our next stay.

Both Ashish and Susmita are very cordial and cooperative. The place is on the 26th floor with a beautiful view of the golf club next to the building. Place is right at the heart of Nanakramguda so it is close to almost all the offices, restaurants and most importantly the ORR. There was a minor issue with the checkin as the building had some temporary restrictions from the society for AirBnB rentals, but Ashish coordinated with us throughout to sort it out.

The property of Ms. Namrata Prakash is beyond the description available in AirBnB. A grand and specious property, with all modern amenities right in the posh Banjara Hills neighborhood. Fully airconditioned, with 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms with modern facilities, spacious kitchen with full-fledged facility at your disposal. Hardly you find an extra large airconditioned dining room with a huge dining table in AirBnB. It doesn't stop there, a center hall, again air-conditioned with beautiful sofas, tea tables, and a huge internet TV with all channels including Netflix to access! High-speed internet (wifi) can get your office on vacation. The property is on the 2nd floor and a lift is available, I would appreciate the watchman who is so much helpful and assist you in taking your luggage, etc. Undoubtedly, you can pick your luxurious vacation home in Hyderabad. Mr. Gaurav Sharma Ji takes your calls to make your stay comfortable and safe at this property! Thank you for everything.
