Our apartment "Haliaetum" is located in a family villa by the sea, on the walkway to the San Simon beach in Izola. Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

New air-conditioned Elicriso apartment with modern kitchen located in the center of Portorose on the ground floor of a recently restructured villa. You can enjoy sea and garden view from the apartment. It has 2 bedrooms and living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, induction cooker etc). Attic apartment with its own entrance, large balcony & hidden terrace: a unique view over the Adriatic sea. Children & pets friendly, located just 10 min walk from Piran' s city center, but up on a hill. Very quiet area to relax and enjoy. Parking place in shade is in front of the house, which is rare for Piran' s area. The view is breathtaking! Quite and green neighbourhood. Perfect stay for families.

The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.
