Dear guests, welcome to the sunny island of Usedom in Swinemünde. We offer you a newly renovated apartment with 54 sqm and fantastic views of the harbour basin. The apartment is located on the 3 floor with underground parking for your car and an elevator. It has a bedroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower tub and washing machine. We rent year-round. We would be delighted to receive a visit from them.

One place further is already Seebad Ahlbeck, one of the well-known three-emperor baths on the Baltic Sea beach, which can be reached in 7min by car. Renovated in November 2019, the attic apartment with balcony is located on the 1st floor of a residential building. It can accommodate 2 persons. The car can be parked on the property. Bicycles can be parked in the carport.

Wouldn't it be nice if the beach was just a few steps away and you still don't have to forego anything? The bakery where you can get the buns in the morning - just down the stairs. Good restaurants, Italian ice cream and the fish bun in between - around the corner. It is a holiday of the short distances where you can spend more time with what is the most fun on vacation: to relax and just enjoy the day.
