Holiday rentals with a patio in Kosgoda

Where to start.. In my 10+ years on Airbnb, I have never come across a property like this. The hosts and their kids are just exquisite. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home and cater to your every need. The apartment is brand-new, super clean, and has all the amenities needed at the same time the lush jungle and green surroundings give a very tropical vibe. Working from home cannot be better, more peaceful, and private and with high-speed internet. The family loves to cook a meal for you, so you can keep on working or simply enjoy a relaxing stay. There is also the possibility to rent their scooter or tuk-tuk, make use of the laundry services and enjoy a yoga session on the rooftop deck. It's situated in the middle of the jungle, with monkeys and all kinds of lovely creatures. We love to surf, and with the beach just 5 mins scooter ride away, we felt like we had everything we could dream of. We will be back for sure!:) Thank you Nalaka and family for the wonderful stay!

This place is great! Sonali is so responsive and helpful. The apartment is just as described, clean and well equipped. You do have to pay extra for AC which is needed. The washing machine is wonderful to have and a really nice touch. We would stay again!

We had an excellent stay at this apartment and appreciated all the thoughtful details. Communication with Dakshan was smooth and supportive from start to finish - he was very helpful, always quick to respond, and offered great assistance whenever we had questions or needed guidance. The apartment itself was in top-notch condition, featuring powerful air conditioning, fast internet, and a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. The spacious layout and separate showers in each room gave everyone plenty of privacy and comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the modern yet cosy feel instantly made us feel at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d gladly stay here again.

The Beach Grove villas are in a very nice and peaceful setting, among palm trees and with two well maintained swimming pools. The actual beach is perhaps 10-15 minutes walk through a quiet and pleasant country road. We thought that this was better than staying nearer to the beach, which can be noisy. Perfect for families. Good breakfast and dinner are available upon request. The owner is friendly and helpful, the staff courteous and efficient. This is actually one of the few places that looks better in reality than in the pictures!

Gianluca is an amazing host who was very flexible with the checkin and made us feel home. Great location in walking distance to many great restaurants and the sea just a few meters away. Clean and beautiful apartment which is full of light. The bed was also the most comfortable one we had during our trip.

We really loved our stay in the apartment. It's very nicely designed and has everything that's needed. Also, we really enjoyed cooking in the outside kitchen. The place has a nice working area if you ever need to be productive. Eva was a great host. She was there for us all the time and helped us a lot with everything. The beach is very close and several shops aren't far away.

This place was so beautiful, we had the perfect stay. The owner Nuwan was lovely and extremely helpful, they also provided with a scooter which was so great for getting around. The Airbnb had two double beds, the one we stayed in was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A great stay and I would highly recommend for anyone coming to Sri Lanka.

The house is super cozy and lacks no detail. The environment is perfect, quiet and we loved everything. Thuruni was very friendly and helped us with everything, to rent a motorbike, take a tuktuk, he recommended things in the area…The cleanliness was impeccable and everything was perfect. My only downside is that it is a bit hot inside the house😬the fan is not enough for hot days. But the bottom line is that the house is great and all the outdoor space is bigger than you would expect.

My friends and me really liked Sanjay’s appartment and had a great time there. Sanjay is so friendly and helpful - we got coconut pancakes and fresh jackfruit from his garden for breakfast. The appartment is close to the beach, by foot approx 10/15 minutes. The mosquito nets on each beds are also a plus. We can definitely recommend the green cabin!

Josephine was a great host along with her team that provided a superb service. Would recommend this beautiful villa, super comfy beds, massive communal space for relaxing in, and walkable distance to amenities such as tasty restaurants and spas!

I have just spent a magical few days in this beautiful villa. It’s clean and bright and beautifully designed and so peaceful overlooking a paddy field. The staff are delightful and can do or organise anything for you. The swimming pool is a big plus. I can’t wait to come back !

The place exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful, peacful and clean. The garden and pool area were large and beautifully designed rooms are spacious and neat. Hiruni and sajith respected our privacy at all times they were a great help and were there whenever we needed which was great and highly appreciated! The host was easy to reach out to and always available they also helped us book taxis for our trips to and from the villa 💕 The location was great many restaurants close by just a short walking distance you could also see the train passing by through the day from many rooms in the villa which made our stay even more special it was a very unique experience the kids absolutely loved it! I cannot recommend villa noumi enough! I have been to many villas/beach houses in sri lanka this is definitely one of the absolute best!! Thank you and we cannot wait to be back 🥰

What an incredible house (actually on the beach!) It's stunning - we had the most amazing week there & can't wait to go back. We loved the location & how close it was to great restaurants, bars but also how peaceful it was too! This house is brand new & so luxurious (such attention to detail makes this house so beautiful - we didn't want our stay to end & were so sad to say goodbye. This house comes with its own chef, Hasitha - he's brilliant & made us delicious breakfast every morning with fresh fruits, juices & eggs just how we like them. Hasitha also made us a superb dinner one of our evenings with local curry and fresh fish (the best ever!) His Sri Lankan chicken wrap and prawn curry was the most delicious lunch too! We loved the Spa Ceylon amenities in our bathrooms, such lovely products. We were welcomed on check-in by the whole team led by Uvindu (hotel manager) he was great- very efficient & Madu & Guru from housekeeping - they kept our house, pool & garden so lovely.

We loved staying at Shaun’s place. He was a great, responsive and flexible host & Ruhan was such a lovely, smiley co-host. It’s just a short walk to a little beach where you can snorkel with turtles. There’s lots of restaurants, beach bars & cafes just a short walk away.

I had the most wonderful stay in Villa Bell Rose! The host Deepa made my stay beyond wonderful. She is so loving, welcoming and caring that it feels like being home in there. The villa is really new and has everything you need for even longer stays. The room is really spacious, kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is big and even has a second shower outdoors. The wifi was fast and working very well if you want to get some work done. The area is nice and quiet. I enjoyed the tranquility of the area. The beach and restaurants are a short walk away and if you rent a scooty, everything that you need is within 5-10 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place for anyone! I am looking forward to go back to Hikkaduwa and meet with the lovely host Deepa. Thank you for your love, hospitality and kindness.

Amazing apartment! So close to galle so easy to go for dinner. Nice restaurant/ beach club within walking distance. Aircon was a lovely. plus restaurant was a nice addition for easy lunches/ dinner!

We were really happy to stay here - felt like a home in another country. Appreciated the own outdoor kitchen & laundry machine. The area was quiet, peacefull & mostly local. It is easy to move around - also to local markets & supermarket & fishmarket. The Host are very polite and they have their own small shop where you can buy for example all the drinking water & eggs. The apartment itself is spacious. It was also easy to organize a bike from nearby & store it at the yard. You can easily live here in the rhytm of the nature and hear also the nearby temple/monestry monks singing every morning & evening. It was convienent to get to all the nearby activities like yoga, restaurants etc with a bike in a couple of minutes. In over all it was a peacefull home not too far from anything and we were especially happy not to have loud overnight parties or traffic noises at night around. Blissfull, great value for the money & highly recommended!🫶🏻

This is our 2nd stay at Sha Villas by Ushaan. Overall, Five-star host and a brilliant apartment! Check in and check out is super easy, and Ushaan is a very communicative and thoughtful host. It is a beautiful , spacious place with great amenities. Immaculately clean and a very convenient location. We would book again for our next visit.

Had a great stay at this beautifully furnished, duplex condominium. The apartment has ample space, is extremely comfortable and ideally suited for a large family or group. It is also equipped with all the amenities you would expect from any 5* hotel. The host, Minoli was also extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. All in all, one of the best condominium properties in the area!

Cleanest place I’ve stayed in Sri Lanka. Location was a bit hard to find via TukTuk but the host was responsive and really helpful. Nice garden surrounding property and very quiet location just a short walk from the beach.
