The location was great, by the sea, the weather was not good to see the sunset, the AC remote control was problematic, but not a big problem, recommended

A very lovely place equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a nice surroundings. Mark is a great host and there when you need him. Just hope the wifi could get better during our next visits. We had a great stay anyway! Truly a hidden gem.

Booked the place as read many reviews about the dogs and yes they are very adorable and friendly to guests. There's 1 doggy always guard in front our room entrance, super sweet behaves. The host main house located at ground floor, and the room we stayed in need few step staircases down to reach, independent access door, washing machine outside the room. Surrounded with trees, birds etc.. windy and chill. Dining table, Fridge, mini oven, microwave, rice cooker and water dispenser all handy and convenient. Huge and clean bathroom. 2 queen size beds both comfy to sleep in. Overall super nice staycation we had. Doggies are bonus attraction for us.

Era Suites is superb on its own. Clean and tidy. They provide everything you need for a hassle-free stay. But two things (not directly related to Era Suites) that I wish wasn’t part of the experience. 1. Paid parking even for stay-in guests. I understand the paid parking for public but parking fee for stay-in guests should be waived. I paid parking fees of RM27+- for a 3D2N stay. Andddd the payment system is giving ✨problem✨. 1 time I have to reverse because 1 car’s payment didn’t went through. I thought probably card declined. Then it happened to me! No matter how long you tap your card, it won’t go through. I have to call the person in charge & paid cash! What a hassle! 2. Elevator The building has 4 working elevators but the wait is super long. 1 time my elderly mother and I have to wait for 10 minutes ++ to go up from level 1 to level 19! A little better if you’re going down. Overall experience was nice but I personally won’t repeat solely because of the above mentioned issues.

Really love the place. Recommend others to stay here. It was very clean and had pleasant smell. Bonus point for washing machine and drying machine!! And.. smart toilet bowl 🤯 !! Easy 5 stars. hehe. They also provide water dispenser, no need to restock drinking water ☺️ Swimming pool is just outside the balcony, we can monitor from our living room 🤭 Car park is quite far, but it was not an issue for us, we can just park the car right next to lobby to unload/load our luggages.

Always the best choice. Looking forward to stay here again.
