The location cannot be beat. Great value for the location and size of the apartment. Highly recommend this place. The entrance to the building is slightly hard to find.

Please do not judge the book by it's cover, the place might be on the back of the street, 50meters inside, but once you reach the place, it's great from Inside. Everything is spot on, you get a balcony, to enjoy food, clean washroom. Kitchen with all amenities, and nice cozy bed. We really enjoyed the place, and we look forward to visit again when we travel to HK next time. Thank you for being proactive and supportive whenever we needed your help with anything. Great place.

Excellent stay. Around 10-15 minutes to Nathan Road but in a peaceful residential area. The Airbnb had everything we needed and utilises space very well. Would highly recommend!

The location of the property is very convenient as it is near B1 Exit of TST station and bus stop is just in front of the building. We were also provided of new towels and unit is being cleaned also everyday. Highly recommended since location is good.

The apartment was a great place to crash at the end of the day, good location, close to the MTR and shops, and Yea & Yuen left very thorough instructions for checking in and out that were very helpful

This is a classic AirBnB experience where you truly live in someone else's home. The place is exactly as pictured and you have access to effectively a one-bedroom apartment (there is a second room and it is locked) that the owners also live in. It has all the convenience of a lived-in space, with all the cooking utensils, washer/dryer, and everything that one would need in a home. Check-in and out were flexible and easy, and the location was great, conveniently situated between two well-connected MTR stations and a lot of buses. There are many lovely local restaurants and it is very walkable. Shuo, the host, while we never met in person, was always within a message's reach, solving small issues that we encountered like where certain things are etc. Overall, it is exactly what we expected, and both my wife and I are very pleased with the experience. We would definitely be coming again and would not hesitate to book this again. Thank you, Shuo!

This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

Place was near the MTR and the night market so I was able to roam the place easily.

Although the location is not in Yau Tsim Mong, the benefit of Huangpu is that the building will be new, and it is also quite clean.The neighborhood itself is very close to the subway, so it's still convenient. The host is also very responsive, the people are very nice, and they will be waiting for you downstairs to give you the key when you check in. The common space after entering the door includes the clean and tidy room and simple decoration.There are many paintings in the public area, very Chinese American, and I love it.The only thing that was a little less adapted for me is that the small little bit of the room (probably all Hong Kong is like this, the earth gold) is mainly the bed is small, the width is enough, and I'm sleeping at 175 height in length is a bit of a s**t.My height may be more comfortable down, a little cramped up. But at this price, overall, clean location, convenient transportation, friendly host, tidy house, it was a pleasant two nights in Hong Kong.

A room in a hotel near Hung Hom, the actual stay experience is the same as the description, the location is very convenient, the sea view is amazing.The hosts were helpful and communicated smoothly.

The owner was very nice. When we arrived, the owner took us to our room and showed us where the amenities were and explained which switches were for the hot water and the air conditioner. After we checked out, the owner allowed us to store our luggage at his house for a couple of hours before our flight. I enjoyed our stay at his Airbnb and would recommend it.
