Excellent location. Well managed and maintained. The communication from the owner was very accurate. The caretakers were also super nice.

The place was nice and clean and was located in the heart of all the tourist place.

We had a great stay here. The villa is really nice and clean, ample of room with really scenic views. The team present there is very helpful and made our stay extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend this place

Incredible Stay ..Beyond Expectations… I had the most amazing experience at this Airbnb…From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The place was exactly as described clean, stylish, and with so many thoughtful touches that made it stand out. The host was very friendly and provided fantastic recommendations for local spots. The amenities were excellent , and I loved the cozy vibe of the space. It felt like a vintage retreat while still feeling like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore but still quiet and peaceful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was perfect ..I'll definitely be back next time when I'm in town..Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable experience

It was a great deal. Stayed at the property for 4 nights. Place was clean, located in a peaceful neighbourhood. Host is very responsive and had clear instructions for check-in. Located very close to the beach and Lulu mall. One could easily take a stroll to the Kozhikode beach in the evenings from here. Drinking water, toiletries and an electric kettle was provided with basics for tea and coffee were provided. Lot of restaurants are nearby and host has given good recommendations in the house for taxis, restaurants, etc. Parking space is available for a two wheeler. Can easily accommodate two small families. One room comes with an AC.

The stay at udyam havens was peaceful.. and I suggest this place who would like safe, peaceful ambience.. felt like home… kitchen , bedroom, washrooms were good and very neat. .. would like to have a television to be set also… 👍 host rhithin was good and arranged for local help and caretaker at the place..
