Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

From the apartment to the nearest swimming in Lake Schwerin, you need a 3-minute walk... you can walk to the castle on a beautiful waterfront path in 20 minutes and downtown is not much further. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest in 3 minutes walking distance. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 sqm) ... there is a second toilet ( without a figure), you have a terrace and can grill in the garden. Heating/hot water are included.

We rent a small, cozily furnished apartment on the ground floor of a townhouse on the bike path Berlin/Copenhagen. It is close to several lakes with swimming spots, boat rental, restaurants, a swimming pool, wildlife park, a historic city center with theater, cinema, cathedral, church and Renessainc Castle. In our house, the writer UWE JOHNSON spent his school years. We (Sylvie &Tobias) are looking forward to friendly guests and welcome them warmly.

On 75 m² on the ground floor there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If required, the sleeping chair can be taken off in addition to the comfortable single lounger. A cot can also be set up.
