beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete reetgedeckte Doppelhaushälfte befindet sich in Neuendorf-Heide, einem kleinen Dorf am Saaler Bodden zwischen den Hansestädten Rostock und Stralsund. Die ehemalige Bauernkate, 1850 erbaut, bietet mit seinen 125 qm Wohnfläche und 1000 qm Grundstück Platz für 5 Personen. Die 3 Etagen des Cottages und der 3 geteilte Garten bieten Raum für Gemeinsamkeit, aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Ein Tag am Strand endet mit der Freude auf ein gemütliches Zuhause.

Close to the center, nice place in quiet location

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our in-law in a quiet & central location can accommodate max. 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, shopping facilities for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity. For children there are several playgrounds nearby and also the connection to the island of Rügen is very conveniently located. Not only two- and four-legged friends are welcome.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. At us you can arrive and relax. A beautiful, newly furnished apartment awaits you directly at the historic Museumshof in Göhren. Whether alone, as a couple, in a small family or also with a dog - we look forward to seeing you soon. Smilla & sun gloss is located on the upper floor of our house and also has a spacious balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or a wine in the evening.

The accommodation is a small (~ 35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with trees, seating, barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Hase" can also be booked.

It takes about 5 minutes to get to the centre of the historic centre of Stralsund. Shopping (supermarket) and bus stop are just 2 minutes walk away. The two-storey holiday home has on the ground floor a living room with kitchen and dining area (25 m²), a hallway and a spacious bathroom with shower. In the DG there is a small hallway, the bedroom and a walk-in closet. The house has a free parking space and a sunny terrace.
