Hi, first of all I want to thank Mrs. Tanja and the husband for all the stay while we stayed at their place,from how she received us to our departure, they were hospitable and even the evenings we were still staying with them at the stories. The apartment very clean with everything you need in it, even offered to show us the surroundings of the seaside. Will definitely come back there again.

We had the opportunity to get to know Kirill in person. He is very accommodating and likeable and also gave us his phone number so we can reach him in a short distance. The place is very clean, appealing, modern and brightly decorated, exactly as shown in the pictures. There are two furnished balconies, and there were even different teas, coffee and water in the property. We will definitely book this place again. 100% recommended!!! I loved the apartment, perfect for one person or a couple. Walking distance to everything in that area. And i loved the outside area which was like a beer garden. Ground floor space and no issues. No problems at all. And a great host, thank you Stiliyan, i hope to be back.

Clean,nicely arranged apartment,equipped with what is needed to have a carefree stay. Very communicative and responsive host - considering that in 2 days the water was stopped, he proposed us ( and we accepted) to move to another location, being the eve of the new year and not knowing how long it can take to fix the problem in the entire area. The second apartment also clean and well equipped. Pet friendly, an advantage for us traveling with a little poodle. I recommend, on a new visit to Varna we will come back to you. We really enjoyed our stay in this forest house! It's very cozy and well equipped and we felt at home immediately. It's not far from the city center of Varna and nearby beaches. The communication with Dani was excellent and she helped us out whenever she could. Thanks for the stay!

Such a lovely place, fantastic communication from Magdalena, really loved it!

The home has amazing views of the sea. It is also very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Romiana always responded quickly to my messages, and both she and her partner were very responsive to resolve any issues. The only thing is that the accommodation is accessed by stairs (which is mentioned in the listing), not very comfortable in case of having small children with a cart.

Second time we stayed here, will definitely return.

Very nice house , with privacy, tranquility , nice spaces , the pool spotless and private. The house inside had everything you needed we didn't have to buy anything extra . We didn't go out enough night because this deck is the best!!! The hostess very friendly served us well and no one bothered us during our stay. It is ideal for those who want peace and privacy , in a beautiful green environment. 10/10

nice apartment, everything matches the description. Very quiet location at the same time the beach is a 10-15 minute walk ,due to the fact that there are no many hotels nearby, the beach is quite empty. There is a store near the house there is everything you need and there is a market within a 15-20 minute walk and there is also a public transport station.

A great spacious 1 bed flat in the heart of Varna, a little noisy at night if you are sensitive to noise, but otherwise perfect for a city break

The view from the balcony is stunning, the location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants and shops.
