It was our first time family holidays - 10 people. The house and the close beach were just what we were searching for! Amazing! No need to pack for the whole day to go on the beach. With the baby and small kids (2 to 5 yo) it was a real treat - you go to the beach just in swim suit, you swim, you go back. Georgia is very friendly. Nothing is a problem. Definitely a place to go on family vacation. Calm place. Blue Flag Beach. Friendly Lifeguard. Just great! thank you!

My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

This was not as expected at all, the listing describes and luxury private villa. It was basic and very uncomfortable, not luxury! It was not private as the garden was shared and the host walked around all day, so not private! It was not a villa but part of villa with neighbouring guests extremely close and visible. The access to our accommodation was through the bedroom, which had No air conditioning. The photographs were different to the reality.

Very friendly host family. Property as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well maintained pool. The kitchen is superbly equipped. You just have to cross the street and can swim directly in the sea. You need a car for shopping or restaurant visits. Covered parking on the premises.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! The cost is remarkably reasonable considering all the amenities, the outstanding view, and the ideal location that embodies what should be called the perfect stay. The home is spacious, felt bright, clean, with a refreshing atmosphere that made it a joy to stay in. The attention to detail was clear, from the spotless interiors to the well-maintained amenities. The internet was impressively fast even when streaming. Eleftherios went above and beyond as a host, providing thoughtful recommendations and responding quickly to any questions. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free getaway in Halkidiki !

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was beautifully located in a quiet pebbly beach. The neighborhood was quiet, even in mid-June. It was really fun to cook outside on the terrace, and there were lots of pleasant areas to lounge. A few kitchen amenities would be helpful if you are going to cook at the villa- dish soap, sponge, paper towels.

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

Staying at Efi's vacation home was great from front to back! Even before the start of the trip, we received information from Efi about the surrounding area, shopping and excursion destinations. There were detailed directions as well as an uncomplicated self-check-in. Once we arrived at the cottage, we were delighted: the large property, the really beautifully landscaped garden, the super cozy and stylishly furnished house. Everything is very neat and clean, so you feel right at home. Even a little shopping, which we would have easily managed the first day with, Efi had provided us: water, fruits and vegetables, noodles, tomato sauce and a bottle of wine were waiting for us as a welcome gift. Thank you! Over our stay, we regularly had contact with Efi, she always responded immediately and helped us super friendly in all questions. A thousand thanks, dear Efi , for this great holiday!

It felt like a home away from home! It had everything we needed including things we didn’t know we wanted! The playroom was awesome, the kitchen better than the one at home and everything was thoughtfully placed! We will come again next year! The hosts were very friendly and always ready to assist us!

We were 3 families with small children and we had a great time. The house is right up the beach so you have a great view of the sea from the terrace. Taverns, bars and supermarket are in walking distance so you really don't even need a car to get by. Great place to spend the hollydays!
