The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, loving and specially decorated with clay plastered walls, hand-painted tiles on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It is adjacent to the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided courtyard. There are no direct neighbours, lots of nature and you can make beautiful trips in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Close to the center, nice place in quiet location

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our self-contained apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about2.5 km away, shopping for everyday needs is in the immediate vicinity. For children there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two- but four-legged friends are welcome here.

Beautiful garden furniture on 2 large terraces. The house is nestled into a large natural property on the biosphere reserve with climbing frame and small stream. We rent a cozy cottage in quiet camp. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 persons. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and television. The smaller has a double sofa bed and also a TV set. The large living kitchen in American style is fully equipped. The living area is open plan and invites you to relax by the fireplace. 5 min to the beach. If necessary, also second parking space.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely renovated and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peene Valley - with a fascinating wildlife. Fireplace evenings, bicycle covers or boat trips on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all, the island of Usedom can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)
