We liked this place very much , it was very cosy and it has felt like a home. Our kids very also very happy to find big box full with toys 😃 Perfect stay !

The villa was even better in person than the pictures and description in the listing. It was exactly what we wanted and even more. Having a pool and braai/barbecue right next to the ocean was so special and the jacuzzi was a bonus. Ivan also organised a SUP and kayak for us to enjoy which really made spending time at the villa even better. Thanks Ivan for a very special week at your place and for all your effort.

My stay at this beautiful apartment was fantastic! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

We had a great, Zorica’s hosting was great, welcomed us warmly and was on hand should we need anything. The location was ideal, a short walk to a supermarket, a taxi distance into Split all whilst being peaceful and remote too

Really lovely place with the most beautiful view. Clear water in the bay and lovely pool. A huge balcony with sun chairs and lounge. Private garage and small lovely plateau by the water. Within walking distance to boat rentals, restaurants, ice cream kiosk and small grocery store. Definitely worth a return visit.

Spacious and cozy apartment. Kitchen very well equipped, good bed and beautiful yard. Just perfect! We got pancakes and wine as a welcome. Jelica would have taken us to the store if we had wanted to. On the day of departure, we were taken to the port. Thanks Jelica!

We had a wonderful time in Rogac on Solta. The apartment was just as pictured, super nice, clean and exceptionally well equipped. We enjoyed spending time on the large terrace overlooking the sea. We were there as a family with two children (10 and 12) and without a car. Ana and her husband were very helpful and drove us by car to the ferry terminal on arrival and departure, for example. Otherwise, we were traveling on foot or by kayak. The ferry terminal is about 20 minutes on foot. Here there is a kiosk and a simple pizzeria and of course the ferry to Split, which runs several times a day. To the nearest supermarket in the neighboring village (2 km and a steep hill) we needed approx. 35 minutes on foot. We also did a hiking tour to a fantastically beautiful bay on the sparsely populated south side of the island (4.6 km). Thanks for an unforgettable vacation.

This was the perfect spot to stay in Split. It's incredibly close to the beach and some great restaurants, and very easy walking distance to explore the old town centre and Diocletian's palace. Because it's on the lower ground floor it stayed cool and welcoming after a hot day even with the AC turned off.

We stayed here for 6 nights in summer holidays, we’d never been to the island before. We wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful to enjoy quality time with our son and it was exactly what we got. Check in was simple & easy, Zlatko arranged our bags to be taken to the house. The location was perfect, we walked to the beach everyday, twice a day. There is a bakery at the port you can walk to for fresh bread and pastries. We also ate and drank at the beach bar. The house has everything you need to self cater, we loved making dinner then sitting out and star gazing in the evening. We also used the garden a lot whilst our son napped, there’s sun lounges and an outdoor shower. The bed was comfy and it’s so quiet at night, we slept so well. We’d recommend to other guests and would book again when returning to the island. Thank you.
