We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

This was a convenient location for our visit to our family nearby, and for our visits to the area. Shinly communicated with us before and during our visit. The flat had a good range of facilities, and was as advertised. We would be very pleased to stay there again if on a future visit.

Highly recommend!! Clear and fluid communication throughout the entire stay. Hosts were friendly and accommodating - they met all our needs and requests in a timely manner. We put the kitchen to full use for an entire week and it was easy to walk or Grab to get groceries or visit the beach. The complex was safe, quiet and, of course, the view was magnificent! We had a relaxed, effortless and beautiful stay in Batu Ferrenghi. Can't wait to return!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The 15th-floor unit offered a breathtaking view of Batu Ferringhi Beach, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Penang. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was truly unforgettable. The homestay was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic—just a short distance from the beach, great local food spots, and the vibrant night market. The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in Penang. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I had a great stay here. Apartment exactly like the photos. The apartment is very clean. Aircon works great. The bed is very comfortable. The location has a convenient store downstairs and a 7-11 across the road, there is lots of eateries around the apartment.

Going to Penang is an annual family thing for us, we’ve stayed in many hotels and Airbnbs there. Pax’s place was special, we simply loved it. Perfect for a small family, amenities well maintained and the beautiful sandy beach of Batu Feringgi is easily accessible.

A very nice bnb to stay. House is clean, spacious and every ammenities is provided as stated. Host is very helpful and proactive. Will definitely come again and recommend this to others <3

terrace house but deco ala2 apartment/condo ready to have a bathtub, and there are toys for the kids to play, just stay 1 night, if it's 2 nights sure to enjoy!

Mairaz's place truly make our Raya a memorable ones. Its tip-top cleanliness, complete with amenities (washing machine/dryer, microwave, coway, Netflix/satellite tv, etc.) & cozy + spacious home is great for family staycation. Highly recommended!

Eva's place was very cozy. We travel a lot and this is one of the first places that felt like a home with spacious layout, comfortable couch, Netflix and gorgeous view. The beds were just right and the kids loved the pool! Thank you for a great stay.

Chong is verry nice host. Verry friendly, kind person, fast respond and verry helpfull. He helps us from the first time we reach. The house is super clean, everything is complete. Soap, shampoo, house cleaner, etc. I love to stay there. I love the swimming pool. So nice and big. And also got fitness center. So we can always go to gym. Location is also nice. Verry quite. But i love the surround. If you want to buy something to eat you can direct go to Lotus. It’s only 5 minutes by walking. Everything is cheap. You can buy grocerry. And also got foodcourt. You can buy food, MCD, BurgerKing,or Sushi. And it’s not far a way to go anywhere. For example it’s take 10 minutes to go to Shooping Center Gurney Mall. I defenetly coming back there. I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

Othman's apartment is on the 5th Floor so it offers a lovely view out over the water. He communicated well and was waiting at the apartment at the scheduled time to let us in. The pool is beautifully maintained and very relaxing. We had a great two week vacation.

Helpful and responsive host. Great location with many restaurants nearby, and also Lotus ( Tesco) at walking distance for grocery shopping.
