Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kufstein District

Nice cozy place to stay. Plenty of space, super equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Great value. There was nothing missing. And by car you can reach the Fleckalmbahn in less than 10 minutes.

It is a modernized winding old farmhouse over 2 levels. According to the age, the floor creaks here and there and it is of course also a little clairvoyant. This didn't bother us, because it also exudes a certain charm. The furnishings are nice and modern overall. Only there are also a few style elements in the style of a "Villa Kunterbunt", e.g. the colorful picture frames in the living room. This is, of course, a matter of taste, they didn't quite meet ours. The location is great, in 2 minutes you will be at the ski bus. Overall we found it a very nice stay and can recommend it. Host Sanni is also always very easy to reach and with helpful tips on the spot!

Super nice place to stay. Great for a larger group. We were there with the entire family including 2 dogs. The natural pond was our highlight. But also the very modern bathrooms were an eye-catcher. Everything was very clean, in the kitchen everything necessary is available. The communication with Immo Alliance was also great. Had a small issue with a jamming door last night. But Mark was soon on site and arranged the topic. The surroundings are also great. Both for hiking with alpine pasture visits as well as for other activities. Right next to it is the fohlenhof and the rarities zoo, which is worth a visit for children, but definitely worth a visit for adults. The only thing you need to know if you arrive with a dog that the property is not fully closed. It is completely fenced, but dogs come through without problems. But Mark also had a solution ready directly upon arrival. We were very satisfied all around. We would be happy to come back

We recently had a fantastic stay at this property with our family and friends (4 adults and 4 children). The house was impeccably maintained and offered ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The location was ideal, situated close to the ski resorts, making it easy for us to enjoy winter activities. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, allowing us to easily prepare meals. Despite the freezing temperatures outside, the house remained incredibly warm and cozy. The highlight for the children was undoubtedly the large garden, where they had plenty of space to run around and play. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided a thorough explanation of everything and even offered guest cards for local discounts, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a truly memorable stay and would highly recommend this property to families and groups looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Thank you Jwala

Very nice house! It’s clean and modern and at a very quiet place. The ski area is a few minutes away…perfect for a family vacation! It was also very easy to communicate with John as he replied within minutes. We will want to go back when we get a chance. Thank you for being an awesome host!

We felt completely comfortable! Unfortunately, it was very rainy during our stay, but all the more we appreciated this great place. Everyone had their retreat and the dining kitchen and living room invited you to cook and play together.

Kathrin communicates quickly and courteously ( responds within a very short time), her tips (excursions, restaurants) are wonderful. We felt at home from the beginning and were welcomed with open arms and joy. Check-in is also absolutely simple with a key box. The apartment offers everything you need - we were guests as a family of 4 people (two infants) for 2 weeks. We didn't miss anything and we felt well taken care of. Absolutely recommended.

What an absolutely unforgettable Christmas stay. We stayed in Beinwell apartment and there was over of room for all 8 of us. The teenagers bunk room was perfect . The place itself was perfect - so clean and with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The ski room with plenty of heaters was a real bonus and the restaurant was far enough away to make it feel completely peaceful on the stay but very helpful as a great place to go for rum hot chocolates after skiing ! We had a great time on the shared toboggans and thoroughly enjoyed the amazing broth fondue Sandra and the team prepared for us. The location is second to none with views right across the mountains and yet just a ten minute walk into picturesque kirchberg. The real highlight of the whole trip though was Sandra and her beautiful family who made us just so unbelievably welcome . There was absolutely nothing they could have done to make us feel more at home. Thank you for an unforgettable stay - we will be back!! X

The airbnb of the Trenkwalder family is a very nice cottage, with great beds and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything is quite new and functioning properly. The airbnb has a large garden with sunbeds and hammock. The location is very good, as you can take many beautiful walks directly from the airbnb (among other things. Kundler Gorge, Reintaler see). The Trenkwalder family is very sympathetic and very proactive and helpful. Frau Trenkwalder immediately upon arrival gave us our personal "Alpbachtal" tourist card, with which we could use for free, among other things, cable cars and the regional bus. She also gave good tips on nice walks and other activities nearby. Herr Trenwalder invited us to his garden party to celebrate his 50th birthday. That was very cozy. To go briefly: A super nice holiday. Repeatable!

I had a fantastic stay at Matthias’s place! Everything was excellent – from the warm welcome to the spotless cleanliness of the property. The space was well-equipped, cozy, and exactly as described. Matthias was a wonderful host, always responsive and attentive to any questions I had. The location was perfect, and I truly felt at home during my stay. I highly recommend staying here.
