We had such a lovely stay. The house is beautiful - well cared for and wonderfully designed - and the panoramic view of the archipelago is amazing. We spent a few days just swimming from the private jetty and enjoying the view but the location is also a short drive to Nacka Strand, so we took the commuter ferry to visit Stockholm too. Chicki also particularly recommended the Artipelag gallery near Gustavsberg, so we had a lovely day there too, enjoying their sculpture trail through the forest by the sea. I would very much recommend this lovely Airbnb, its location and the helpful hosts.

Beautiful studio near the city in quiet surroundings. Easily accessible by public transport. You feel very comfortable from the beginning. Thanks Sofia for a great stay.

There were three of us staying with Maria and Kristofer for 7 days. The apartment is bright and chic with some retro charm, which is very stylish, furnished. We immediately felt comfortable, as the rooms invite you to rest and are very spacious. All beds were extremely comfortable, everything was picobello clean and the kitchen is large enough for 2 cooks ;). with good amenities. The electronic lock worked flawlessly - like all electrical devices. We will not soon forget cooking in the evening with a crackling fireplace. Thank you for all your efforts, Maria and Kristofer!! Our family was very happy to stay with you, we enjoyed every conversation and I especially thank you for your great support in getting an important medicine on Sunday!! We would never have been so smooth without you. We are also happy to test the Swedish summer with you... A thousand thanks for your excellent hospitality!

Probably the best Host one can have and an amazing Location if you’re on vacation and want to be near sweden :)

my son levi and I stayed from Feb 22 to March 1!! and I can't say otherwise it was beyond amazing and then it was even cloudy all the tranquility that is there,the beautiful surroundings,the view over the archipelago,all those cozy cottages around it and then enjoy in the jaccuzi,just great!! and Marcus also told us in a very quiet way what we could do there, if she wants to see something nice, then you have to go to the nature reservoir!!we saw deer and deer there and the nature there was breathtakingly beautiful,so I recommend this stay to anyone who wants to experience something beautiful and with this I want to thank Marcus again,also because we didn't have wifi for a while,he went right after it and was so arranged,top just

We are thrilled to have found this gem for our winter getaway with friends in Vaxholm! The location is perfect—conveniently close to the bus, ferry, and with its own parking space, yet wonderfully peaceful. The house exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and charm. It had plenty of room for everyone and came fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. It truly felt like a home with a soul, making our stay special. Mary-Rose, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring we felt well-prepared for our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient retreat in Vaxholm!

Fabulous house, beautifully restored and decorated. Great location by the water to watch the boats go by and for a morning swim :) Very well equipped kitchen. Börje is a great host, greeted us at check-in and took time to explain everything. Always quick to respond to messages.

We enjoyed a lovely 4 day stay at Mikael's place! The location, the extremely charming stay and Mikael's hospitality made this short stay a great trip. We are going to relax home! The sauna with cooling in the ice lake and the many hiking opportunities remain as well as Mikael's helpfulness when we had driven the car in the mud. We would love to come back here in the summer! Thanks Mikael!
