Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Kyoto

We had a great stay. The property was clean, cozy and spacious. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable experience. The location was a bit far from the train station, but there were bus stops and convenirnce stores nearby.

Really, the room was spacious and clean as pictured!!!There was a takoyaki grill and a hot plate, so we had a party together.🤍🤍🤍 I highly recommend it if you use it for a large group!!!

It is a very special place to live here, come to Japan a few times, and I have stayed in one of the happiest B&Bs.The location is very good, very close to Higashi Mikuni Station and Shin-Osaka Station, go to Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara are very convenient, and I recommend staying here directly for a few days when you visit Kansai.It is quiet and safe. The host keeps the room very clean, and the place where it can be touched is spotless.The living room has a large space and all the amenities, and there are all the home goods imaginable.The bathroom is also very clean and separate wet and wet. In particular, I recommend the bedroom here, the bed is very soft, comfortable, and there is also an electric blanket, plus a lot of air conditioning and heating.It is clearly a tourist, but too happiness leads to wanting to stay on the bed forever.jpg The host was also friendly and welcoming, I couldn't find the switch when I entered the room, and the host responded in a timely manner.All in all, can't find a little unfortunate place to stay.The friend I stayed with has actively recommended this to all her relatives and friends... all in all, would stay again if I had the opportunity to come to Osaka!!🥰

The host was very welcoming. He picked us up at the bus stop and offered us snacks. The location is not far from the bus stops. So it can be accepted even it is far from the downtown. Very cost-effective.

Yoshimi's place is a great little place in a very convenient location.Good things to see in all directions and easy access to buses and subways. Great communication with Yoshimi through the whole process and overall a very pleasant place to stay in Kyoto. Arigato

There were many nice restaurants around the house, and the station was just around the corner, making it a convenient location. It was nice to have a very quiet night. Also, before my stay, they carefully checked the means of transportation to get to the places I wanted to go. Of course, there was a lot of information about recommended restaurants, which was very helpful. It was my first time using airbies, but I appreciate your polite response. It was a very good memory.

Every time you ask him something he does not fail to provide. He gave me great local recommendations. Even though the place is a bit far from the main subway, the place was great and very clean. We really enjoyed Tg's home. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The house was very comfortable, cozy, and clean. The Japanese bath was very nice after long cold days exploring. There are good restaurants, shops, and a grocery store within walking distance. The neighborhood and home were very peaceful and quiet. Tg met us for check-in and was very helpful.

It is really a great homestay, my friends and I are very happy, it is really convenient for travelers who want to cook, and the utensils are fully equipped!Both were able to wash at the same time while taking a shower, the hot water was stable, and the host responded instantly with any questions, highly recommended!

Very good room, it is a better room in two rooms I have stayed in in Kyoto.Right next to Toji Temple, a folk custom that an old building was transformed.And it is very accommodating to smoke in the courtyard, although it is basically non-smoking afterwards.Very recommendable

The location of the house is very convenient.The host was very warm and thoughtful, greeted us at the door, and told us how to use all the facilities and precautions in the room, and also provided coffee, snacks, milk, bread, eggs, juice for us to use, all the rooms were clean and hygienic, and there was plenty of hot water.
