Amazing new home with terrace. Close to everything

Our stay in this house was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property is exactly as described in the photos, and even nicer in person. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-organized, allowing us to relax and enjoy from the very first minute. the location of the house is great and easy to access amenities and it was very easy for us to move to our destinations 10/10. The house comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, beds are very comfortable, and common spaces are spacious and cozy. wifi worked spectacularly which is a big plus the hosts were very attentive and friendly at all times that they were in need of their attention. We felt very well attended and literal as at home I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Zapopan. It was the perfect spot for our trip a thousand thanks

This place is amazing, it was almost like being at home and at a 5 star hotel at the same time. This place was cozy, comfortable and safe. The host was very delightful, friendly and accommodating. She was exceptionally communicative and went out of her way to make sure our stay was extraordinary.

Contemporary Casa, Infinity Pool, Amazing View!

Stayed a few nights here on business along with my business partner. We had previously come to Ajijic and stayed at a hotel outside Chapala; this was a much nicer and all around better set up. The house is beautiful, with all of the little things to make it comfortable. The views are amazing and we were very happy with our choice. As far as walkability, we were able to walk to Walmart, but then took a $5 taxi back up the hill with some groceries. We walked down the hill everyday to Las Palmas, which we coined as our hotel restaurant, serving great breakfast and other good food all day. The walk back up the hill was a little bit difficult, it felt like an 8% on the treadmill for the last part, but it was fun. Bottom line, you will need transportation as walking may be difficult for many. We look forward to (hopefully) returning to this house on future trips to Ajijic.

this was my 2nd time staying in this airbnb. Great apartment and hosting. well appointed and well laid out, very clean. the only issue, which is not uncommon Ajijic, was the barking dogs nearby and the road noise, especially in the front room. I'm a good sleeper so managed but it could be a factor for some. Barking dogs seem to be ok with locals...to me, it's tedious after a while. That said, I would stay in this apartment again. It is well located on the mountainside, which I prefer. The uphill walk isn't too bad and it's minutes into town. Maria (local host) was very responsive and helpful. Thank you again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfect for our group of six, offering plenty of space and comfort. The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden and pool – it was so peaceful and well-maintained. The gardener came every two days to keep everything in top shape, and the pool was always spotless, which we appreciated! The location was also fantastic, close to everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be renting again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a family reunion at the home over 4 nights: 4 young kids and 5 adults. The backyard was absolutely PERFECT: there are many areas to sit and socialize and eat, the pool is lovely and great for kids and adults, there was plenty of shade and great to host. Since it was so lovely, we decided to stay at the house most of the time. There were a few challenges with the home: the beds weren't particularly comfortable, one shower had bad water pressure, there was missing some essentials in the kitchen, and the only way in or out is through the heavy garage gate, no use of the front door. Fer was super communicative, helpful and really made the stay special. Would return!!

Daniel offered a beautiful space for our family to relax, soak up the sun, and swim with our little ones. The outdoor patio and pool and yard are fantastic! The neighborhood is central and within walking distance of a grocery store, cafe, restaurant, and convenience store. The only knock would be the kitchen - it could use an upgrade on the little things (pots & pans, utensils, plateware, etc.) Thanks and we look forward to returning to Guadalajara and will absolutely keep this spot in mind.

Everything Very good as it appears in the photos. very easy to enter the accommodation. Excellent attention to a very safe area. I left at 3 in the morning to the oxxo and everything chido near the squazas chidas el uber takes little you can leave your car in the place and leave carefree 10/10

The place has some common areas with a view of Lake Chapala, the pool and terrace are very pleasant, enough for the people we were, the bedrooms are separate and have bathrooms, some insects and spiders are in the house as it is located in the countryside so you should be attentive. Overall we had an excellent time and the price paid was very good with what is expected.

This is a very comfortable home within a beautiful, peaceful setting. We enjoyed the walk into the center of Ajijic and there are enough amenities in the immediate area that you don't have to wander far to go to a great restaurant or grab some simple groceries. The Tuesday organic market is a five minute walk and well worth a visit. Casa Linda restaurant is just down the street and is excellent.

Excellent stay, a very pleasant and comfortable place to be. We really like that area and the location is very good because everything is accessible. Edgar was very attentive at all times. For the same reason that it is an open space there were many mosquitoes but they left repellent and plaquitas which helped a lot but from there more without problems.
