Beautiful old family home that is easily invested. Vast and warm, its location close to Barcelona by train allows daily visits. Its garden and terrassses allow you to enjoy the mild climate. It's easy to communicate with Sergi. The welcome provided by one of his friends, Paula, was very pleasant.

Everything was very good, the communication was very good and provided everything we needed. Difficult parking if you are not in the area as everything is enabled for residents ( or so the signs indicate). Maybe a bit expensive as it's relatively small.

I would sum it all up in: I would definitely go back. Felt like home, excellent, 100% comidad. Everything is the same as the photos shown, I would have liked to stay more days. Elisabeth outstanding in communication from day 1. My family is enchanted

Everything was great at this location. It is closer to the beach than I expected. The apartment is cozy, it makes you feel like home. Also, it was very clean and warm. The host was friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. I totally recommed booking this airbnb for a vacation in Barcelona. It is worth it!❤️

We liked our stay with a great view for coffee on the terrace as well the proximity to the beach. Internet is fast and the desk works for remote work, also the terrace outside. Thanks Maria, would book again

Teresa's apartments are in the perfect location of the Poblenou area. In a quiet alley, where it is quiet but very close to restaurants, a park, the beach. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for long stays. It is bright and with a beautiful view. We especially enjoyed the beautiful wooden doors and windows. It is very convenient that there is a dressing room with a bathroom and 2 bathrooms in the apartment. Teresa was very attentive, recommended lovely cafes and restaurants. We were very satisfied!

We had an amazing time at Royal Marina Gardens! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, offering a relaxing and comfortable environment. We stayed in a studio apartment, which was perfect – it came with a fully-equipped kitchen, making it easy to enjoy meals whenever we wanted. The swimming pool was a great feature. The entire place felt peaceful and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! ❤️❤️

The place is clean and has everything needed. Though the location looks remote but is very accessible to the city center. The hosts are friendly and responsive. Definitely would recommend this place.

The apartment was just as shown in the photos, really clean and spotless. Beautiful place which is only minutes from the beach and a short train ride into the centre of Barcelona. The apartment block is really quiet and peaceful. The WiFi was excellent and the host Oscar was very friendly and most helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The house was awesome! There is all the things you need from hairdryer to toothpaste. If you’re with friends, and want to enjoy the beach it’s the perfect choice for an airbnb. Even though, we came here to visit Barcelona, we often thought just to stay at home and enjoy the beach. (Obsessed) We’ll definitely come back !

Our flight landed at 11pm. Two other places on Airbnb would not wait for us. Alex and Ana told us they would, and they did! Alex even helped my daughter carry her luggage (heavier than mine) up three floors to the apartment. The place may be a bit old but is very well maintained and very clean. Definitely a great stay. Too bad this was a business trip, we didn't have time to walk to the beach at all. Uber'ed in and out everyday. The city pass the show gave us cannot be used on the bus that leaves from here.

It is an amazing choice for family stay. The villa really exceed expectation and is more cozy than it looks on photo. A number of toys for kids and boardgames will help with evening activities. And two level swimming pool make it possible to enjoy even for our younger ones. Nat is very hospitable host ready to help with any questions. Highly recommended and would like to come back next year.

Monica's place is wonderful! Clean, comfortable, and centrally loated. Traveling alone I felt very safe here. It is a walkable area close to the beach and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nerea was super helpful and even gave the first people to arrive in Barcelona a lift to the house. She gave great detail about where everything is and how everything works. Would definitely recommend this apartment and host.

Were there as a family of 4. All were very satisfied. We found Kerstin to be a very pleasant correct and friendly person. Surroundings and location train station perfect. Uncomplicated.. Everything you needed was to be found in the surroundings. The apartment also had some details ready for everyday life. ( Hand soap,hand/shower towels,dish soap, etc.) Everything is great. We had a wonderful stay! The house is the perfect spot for quieter than Barcelona, but close enough to the city for visits. Absolutely lovely hosts. They are very welcoming and very responsive and helpful. Can’t recommend staying here enough! Book it!

Maria’s place was everything we expected and she was a very responsive host even tho we really didn’t need much she was there we celebrated our Honeymoon here and made memories we will never forget You Rock Maria …thank you again so much for everything.
