Beautiful studio furnished and arranged with taste and quality, all with a magnificent view of the Bay of Nice! Particularly well located for shops and walks in Cape Town: everything can be done on foot. Too bad the environment is noisy, sometimes very early in the morning. Jean-Pierre and Yvette are charming hosts and provide very good advice.

Very good stay at Hannah's place. The area is great, the flat is close to everything, with an amazing view on the port. The flat is also quite well furnished. Hannah was friendly and helpful.

Great apartment close to the Croisette and activities. Plus there is a good bakery 200m away and several restaurants. Perfect!

Unfortunately we can't say anything about the apartment as we were unable to continue our trip due to an outage when we arrived and we had to cancel the heavy heart. But what to say is that the communication with Natalia was excellent and simple during this time. In any case, we will try to make up for our vacation next year at Natalia's. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at your place. It was perfectly in line with the photos and description, with all the comforts you needed. Just a quick note: we had a slight problem with the address, which slowed us down on arrival, but it didn't spoil our experience. Thanks again for hosting us!

Ander’s place is in a perfect location by the sea, protected from the chaos of the Croisette but still just a very nice walk away from downtown. I was there during the Film Festival, and it was the perfect refuge. The apartment itself is beautiful and stylish, with a big terrace overlooking the nearby port. Anders is very responsive and helpful, and even provided me with an airport pick up, which was a huge help. I would go back next year no doubts, and I can recommend it to everyone visiting Cannes, who is looking to stay in a more authentic neighbourhood, rather than in the touristic centre.

Six weeks stay in this lovely apartment was best holiday ever. Place was excellent and we enjoyed every second. I can recommend this beautiful apartment and location to all who want to enjoy nice time in beautiful Cote d’Azu. Service was excellent and hosts were so nice and helpful. Great view and impressive location. Beautiful terraces and balconies. The train passing by hardly disturbed. Two beaches in 10-15 minutes walking distance. Unfortunately, the direct path down to the beach, which used to exist, is unfortunately no longer accessible. Very pleasant stay.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

We rented this cottage to visit our family, initially because it was well located, and we could park the car in the walled garden. We will come back for the cleanliness of the place, for the surrounding calm despite the walking proximity to the beach. We were not disappointed, the cottage was very convenient, well equipped, and remodeled with great taste!

We stayed 3 nights at the house, the host Pierrick was very friendly and super helpful. The house was perfect and equipped from every point of view. The 4 rooms were comfortable and well arranged. The heating was great. The jacuzi is a gem! A place we'd love to come back to.

We had a wonderful time at the place. The location is sensational and the house has very nice amenities and everything was really thought of. We arrived a little later in the evening and there was also something for breakfast and a bottle of wine to welcome you. We felt right at home. It is a very nice house with a great roof terrace that has a magnificent view to the sea. We were almost always able to eat our meals there and we enjoyed it very much. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.

We just returned from an incredible stay at Gio's lovely home in Antibes, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, Gio went above and beyond. He even kindly drove us to our lunch reservation the first day. The house itself was charming and comfortable, although a bit sparse in supplies. However, the unbeatable location made up for it—just across the street from the beach! We loved being able to step out and enjoy the sun and sea at any moment. Gio was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. On our departure, he took the time to call the city council for us to ensure that road closures from a race that morning wouldn’t affect our travel plans. It’s this kind of personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated having bikes available to explore the beautiful surroundings, and we took full advantage of that! Overall, we highly recommend Gio’s place for anyone looking to experience the best of Antibes.

Robin's place was fantastic for my stay with an amazing view of the hills and in a secure location. There was parking for my car which was very decent. The A8 motorway entrance is very close and the apartment was furnished simple but tastefully furnished.

I felt very comfortable in this apartment. It is simple, very functional, with love and fully equipped. Tea and coffee are also available for the first hours. Berta is a gracious agile person and will be able to help in any situation. I'd love to come again.

Staying in Clara's apartment gave us a lot of joy. The facility and location of the apartment were perfect for us🌼. The small balcony of Clara's apartment is a gem and became our favorite place. The equipment was completely sufficient for us and everything available to have a relaxing stay. We would love to come back😊.

A great stay at Sonia's apartment! The welcome was super warm and then there was nothing missing. Plus, Sonia left us some homemade farm products that were really delicious. The apartment itself is extremely close to the port of Fréjus as well as at the beginning of the beach (<300 m). Everything you need and at your fingertips. Beyond all this, there is the very large and beautiful terrace, perfect for eating on it. This was an experience that will exceed all expectations!

Very friendly and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing and in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need the car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We can highly recommend this apartment. Would definitely stay here again; you are a block off the water in Antibes, with tons of restaurants and shopping just a couple minutes away. Access to the place is easy, it's quite spacious and comfortable, and has all the necessities for a week spent in-town. Would definitely stay here again!

Impeccable apartment and far beyond our expectations , in addition Mathieu was more than welcoming and responsive . We appreciated the location of the apartment which is foot in the water as well as the restaurants and shops nearby. We will probably come back and recommend it with your eyes closed!!
