I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—central and close to everything I wanted to see yet quiet enough at night. You can see the bell tower of the Church from the windows. The concierge was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure I could check in early, and that I could find everything during my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nice!

We had a magical stay at Remario's ARBNB, in Quartier des Musiciens. The clean and bright apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony both day and night! Having aircon and a washer/dryer in unit, was a welcome convenience. Location cannot be beat, with access to the train, tram, museums, promenade, and cafes at your fingertips. Remario and Sylvia were fantastic hosts and went beyond to ensure a successful experience. We long to return soon! Merci beaucoup.

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

Had a nice stay. Neatly helped. Due to early arrival, we were allowed to enter the apartment earlier. Everything was neat and well cared for.

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

We had a great weekend!! Everything was perfect from Kevin's very friendly welcome, he took the time to show us the residence and advise us where we could eat. He was available and understanding throughout the stay. The place is just sublime 😍 as in the photos see even better, very clean, the hot tub is just amazing and the TV is super big! The bed is also large and very comfortable. For the kitchen area, nothing to say, very well equipped and there is even tea/coffee available. There's even an underground parking spot to leave the car safely. Kevin let us check out a little later as we wanted despite the scheduled checkout at 10am. Thanks also to Mathieu who came to pick up the keys and accompanied us until we left. A big thank you!!! i highly recommend this listing and we will be back without hesitation!☺️

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from photos and even prettier) and it is very well equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

We enjoyed our stay five years ago and wanted to return as we loved it so much. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Everything you could want is there. The complex is beautiful and the swimming pool is lovely. Our son and daughter-in-law joined us and loved the place too. It's not too far from shops and St-Paul-de-Vence village but you do need a car to get around easily. It is also only 20 minutes from a really nice beach at Villeneuve-Loubet. We will definitely be returning. A wonderful place to stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Jérôme's place. It's very well located (you can walk to the village) while being quiet and spacious. The house was spotless and welcoming.

Guillaume is a very friendly and pleasant person and his home is really perfect for short and long stays. The location is convenient, central and quiet and the apartment is well maintained and super equipped. Nothing is missing and the cleanliness is impeccable. There are many parking lots in the surrounding areas, both free and for a fee. As a book devourer, I can't help recommending a visit to the bookstore under the apartment, especially if you have young children. I saw that on Saturday they organize group readings for children and families and the environment is really welcoming. Thank you, you can see all the love there is in what you do!

The apartment is very well located within easy walking distance between the sea and the main Cote D'Azur main road. Far better on the inside than the outside. Clean, comfy bed, good shower and view of the sea. Great base in Villefranche for all the places to visit and choice of public transport. One trip is not enough.

Me and my colleagues had a great stay in this airbnb while visiting a conference in Monaco. The apartment has a great location for a fraction of the price compared to staying in Monaco. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants at walking distance from the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fruits from her garden were waiting for us🍋🍊 We will be sure to contact him again if we return to the area to discover other sites. The apartment is great, spacious, functional and nothing is missing... dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bedding is of very good quality. The terrace is nice to relax, have an aperitif and even a small meal... we had a good time there. The garage is a BIG PLUS when everything is paid for in the CHIN especially during the feast 🍋 where places are scarce. The residence is quiet, very clean and well secured at all levels. Shops are close to the rental: Intermarché, pharmacy, grocery store and so on... We don't need to take the car out. Everything can be visited on foot, on the Italy side, as well as on the Nice side. Highly recommend this apartment +++

Very pleasant stay at Sandrine's. Superb apartment and very well-equipped apartment. Sandrine is a very welcoming and friendly host and very attentive. The roof terrace is very large and very well furnished and offers us a magnificent view of the sea. The pool is beautiful. We will come back when we have the opportunity to return to Nice. We highly recommend this listing .
