I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—central and close to everything I wanted to see yet quiet enough at night. You can see the bell tower of the Church from the windows. The concierge was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure I could check in early, and that I could find everything during my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nice!

We really enjoyed ourselves at Mai's place. Her home is beautiful, super clean and very stylish too. Mai and Fabien went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable especially as we were traveling with our baby, they provided a travel cot and a high chair. The location is perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants, the promenade and old town. I would absolutely recommended Mai's place and would stay here again if i were to visit Nice.

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

We stayed for 3 nights in the apartment and had a wonderful time. It was during the warmest season so it was great coming in to the apartment with great a/c. Loved the little balcony and the location in the heart of old town was great. Took the bus to and from the airport and with google maps it was fast and easy to find. Lovely hotel as neighbor but they charge 8€ for a coffe so go down to the cosy places in old town instead.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

The best AirBnB we’ve ever rented! Jon Giselle’s villa was an amazing home with plentiful space and beautiful surroundings. Communication was excellent - always responsive and gave us clear instructions to enter the home. The pool was a little chilly, but to be expected in April. The kids enjoyed it regardless. Thank you so much Jon Gisle and Marie-Laure!! We will treasure memories for years to come.

We had a pleasant stay at Jérôme's. It is very well located (you can walk to the village) while being quiet and spacious. The house was spotless and welcoming.

Guillaume is a very friendly and pleasant person and his home is really perfect for short and long stays. The location is convenient, central and quiet and the apartment is well maintained and super equipped. There's nothing missing and the cleanliness is impeccable. In the surrounding areas there are many parking lots both free and paid. As a bookworm, I can't help but recommend a visit to the bookstore located under the apartment, especially if you have small children. I saw that on Saturdays they organize group readings for children and families and the environment is really welcoming. Thank you, you can see all the love in what you do!

We absolutely loved our stay in Grasse. The house is stunning and stocked with everything we needed and the views were unbeatable. It was very spacious, well maintained and beautifully designed. The driveway is steep and winding, but we were able to manage in our SUV. We would absolutely stay again.

Very pleasant stay at Sandrine's. Superb and very well-equipped apartment. Sandrine is a very welcoming and friendly host and very attentive. The rooftop terrace is very large and very well furnished and offers us a magnificent sea view. The pool is beautiful. We'll be back when we get the chance to come back to Nice. We highly recommend this listing.

Amazing location, walkable to transport and Nice town centre, felt like a home away from home with all of the creature comforts a couple or family may need, also our hosts were very helpful and communicative. On the last day we caught the sunrise from the balcony, what a marvelous view! All in all a five star experience, very highly recommended.
