My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families. pretty studio on one foot accessible for disabled person. Non smoking accommodation 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90, 1 bed 80 tv ,wifi, terrace with barbecue large courtyard , to park your vehicle ,common with the owners, I have a Labrador bitch, very nice, who walks on the property. We are 10 km from Saintes,25 km from Royan, 35 km from La Palmyre, 40 km from Ile d 'Oléron
