Communication with Daniel was very good at all times. Contactless check-in and checkout, with a key exchange system, made check-in and checkout super practical. The house is just like the description and photos, we were 4 adults and 1 small child, and quietly 2 adults came in more comfortably. The location is very good, 1 block from the beach and 2 or 3 of the most central blocks. The linens were also new. Even though we were touched by cold days (4th or 5th at night), the bed cover and heating were more than enough. The DirecTV service worked perfectly and the cable internet service is approx. 10Mbps as well. I recommend the house and surely when I return to Costa del Este, I will go back to Daniel's.

The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos ! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cesar was always pending and ready so that our experience was the best possible. The autonomous check-in process is simple and with clear indications. The house is very close to the beach , being able to reach this on foot if you wish. The apartment is super comfortable, and beautiful. The location is good, since if you want to walk to the beach, it is 10min walk. I would come back, and I recommend it!!!

Sebastian's home is what it promises and more. It is very beautiful and inviting. Everything worked perfect. 10 mattresses, spacious bathrooms and always hot water. Very good WIFI and reach throughout the entire house. Modern TV with Streaming services. Extra TV to put Play!! Great kitchen. We'll be back!!!

5 years ago we vacationed in Costa Smeralda and this was by far our best experience. The house is spotless, the size is perfect for our family and guests can come. Sole was very friendly and always available to us. I loved the location because you're re close to the mall, then you don't have to drive a lot if you missed something from the super. We'll definitely be back next year!

We went to celebrate a birthday and therefore we were many. Despite this, the house was comfortable and very nice. The owners of the house were always at our disposal for everything we needed Highly recommended.

It is a very comfortable house... it has everything to spend some nice cows... I highlight the water pressure that for me is essential... hot water... kitchen and refrigerator work perfect... wi fi also excellent... the neighbors are super friendly... Viviana and her husband are always attentive... the neighborhood is quiet and close to the beaches... excellent!!

We had a great stay, we felt very comfortable, all the amenities available and the warmth of the place gave us the feeling of as if we were at home. The proximity to the beach a few blocks away allowed us to distend appropriately, allowed us to relax and disconnect from everything.
