Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Floresta

Everything was fine. Excellent hosts who are always attentive to what is as needed and to make us comfortable. Something to keep in mind of the apartment that I think is not in the description and the photo does not show it well: the place where the grill is is is a fourth chiquito that although it is on the large terrace is a closed and small place where the person who does the barbecue can be and integrate to the meeting but it is not in the open air and the ventilation it has is only through the door. For those who do not know Punta del Este well, the apartment is in an area that is far from restaurants and other places. The beach is across the street.

we solved everything was not the fault of the one that was dirty when we arrived it lacks some maintenance because the bathroom loses or there is excess of utensils and dirty kitchen things but everything is very good!!!!

The attention of Gabriela and all others was excellent. A fantastic place. We only had complications in getting the car in the garage until you know the trick. To recommend 100%

Spectacular building and unit. Everything very well taken care of. I highlight the cleanliness, great work of the ruling girls, who came every day on a comfortable schedule. Great Amenities: My children happy with the options and PS from the game room.. and the pools. Quick check-in and checkout at reception. We'll be back next summer without hesitation!

Very comfortable house, with all the equipment for long stays. Bright spaces, good ventilation and independence in the bedrooms. To highlight the space of the barbecue and the front with a lawn and garden worthy of the magazine 🤩 La playa cerquita and beautiful, spacious and without crowds. Liliana is very friendly and always on the order for all my inquiries.

the house is beautiful and meets the expectations. Special to stay with kids, we were able to really enjoy the spacious park, the tree house and the zip line. There is a lot of peace and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

This was a very well decorated property. Host was always available to help if you needed an answer. Great neighborhood, walkable to lovely shopping and dining area. Fabulous hotel also in neighborhood with great dining and a casino if you desired. Fourteen minute walk through lovely homes to shops. Safe, never felt concerned either day or night. I would rent this again without hesitation.

Fantastic location, attached to the beach. A very peaceful area, ideal for connecting with nature in a jewel of architecture. The house is very comfortable and practical and every detail is thought out. Would stay here a thousand times again!

For starters, the listing shows beautiful photos of the place and the house, but the house and place are even more beautiful, comfortable, and with everything you need to make a unique and enjoyable place. Maria Cecilia's disposition is exemplary and with an unbeatable predisposition. The stay at Stephanie's apartment was wonderful. Amazing days that were really worth it.

The apartment is fantastic, very well equipped. We felt as if some friends had lent us their home. The crockery and the quality of the decoration is excellent. The view of the sunsets at the sea is unforgettable. Mario (manager) and the cleaning women are super friendly and looked after us like kings. The best place in Punta del Este. We will be back next year.
