Very nice apartment 4 minutes from the beach. Apartment where nothing is missing, very clean and neat decoration. Pleasant environment, on one side the beach, on the other restaurants and shops. No need to take your vehicle to go shopping. Discreet and responsive host. Activities nearby: tree climbing, markets, fair... I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed this place for its decor and location. We felt at home. Well-equipped, neat decor, the bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Vivier de la Corniche. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

Anaïse was perfect and adorable 👌 Her studio is located in the grounds of a house so noise and tranquility were great. 🙏 Easy to park on the street and 5 minutes from downtown by car so great 👍 The accommodation was very good and with all the necessary equipment Only small downside was the wifi because there wasn't any There is an internet connection in the studio but it is wired with an Ethernet socket There is a cable provided but it is about 1.5 m long. So not practical for watching your series in the evening in bed which is 5 m from the socket 🙄 A small wifi repeater would be a plus or a 5m Ethernet cable will do the trick 😉 Either way, I recommend it. 😎

Our weekend went very well. The accommodation is ideally located. Everything is within walking distance. What seems a little more complicated to me is parking, the embankment is currently being redeveloped. I hope they have planned parking because it will be very complicated otherwise. On the other hand, the layout will be great for pedestrians and bikes.

Very nice and functional apartment. We had a great quiet weekend with magnificent sea views. Accessible beach just downstairs from the building for beautiful walks.

We are delighted with our stay. The accommodation was very clean, Evelyne and her husband were accommodating and available on check-in and check-out times. The accommodation is located on a very quiet street 50 m from the beach and the shops are nearby. I highly recommend it.

A few days with my tribe in this warm house, ideally located! Everything is done on foot, total disconnection. Easy contact with the host. I recommend it without hesitating.

Very well located house facing the sea and quiet. Nothing was missing and everything was comfortable. Very clean house. Excellent communication with Celine, welcoming and caring. We took a great bike ride to Pointe St Gildas and then on the coast, superb. We recommend 100%!

Accommodation ideally located in a very quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Missing can be an oven in the kitchen. Too bad the cleaning can't be done by visitors (Cleaning fee quite expensive)

A perfect stay. The mobile home is extremely comfortable, well-appointed, very clean. Everything is planned to be comfortable. The instructions are clear and compared to other rentals we have done in this area (we often come to see our mom), linens and towels are provided. The beds were made. A beautiful apartment developing a very beautiful surface, allowing 7 people to stay without stepping on it. With 3 bathrooms, and a breathtaking terrace, the apartment is perfect for staying on vacation and is clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable.

Accommodation as described, Mariereine was responsive and very kind (I was almost 1 hour late).

Ideal base for visiting Saint-Nazaire and its shipyard, along the coast to Le Croisic, or taking a break in Guérande, the apartment offered by Stéphane and Rozenn is very well located. Functional, quiet and tastefully arranged, this accommodation offers all the facilities for those wishing to bask on the nearby beach (of Monsieur Hulot) or discover the Côte d'Amour. A real pleasure to enjoy the terrace and the pretty garden at cocktail hour. Stéphane's availability on arrival and departure should be noted, even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting him.

Very pleasant stay in this apartment which is comfortable, with everything you need and as described (the bathroom may indeed seem small for some people, but it is indicated in the listing). The accommodation is well located and the residence is in a quiet and wooded setting. Personally, I didn't have any problems picking up 4G (red sfr), but it may depend on the operators.
