Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in La Joya

This home was cozy and comfortable. The host has all the amenities as described. The home is close to shopping, food, etc. I will book again in the future if available. Laura was an excellent host.

Just as he describes it in the listing and in photos.. The house is very spacious and tidy, the super spacious and clean rooms, the spacious, clean and modern bathrooms, the 3 quiet AC units, they served very well and cool the whole house, it has everything you need for a good vacation with the family. The Host is always very friendly, answering all my questions and doubts, i thank you for the treatment you gave us and the hospitality I give to my family and me, your directions were clear and you were in the best position. Definitely if we go to Mochis again, we would really like to stay there again. Thank you Carmen for everything 🫶🏻

Good attention from the girl who received us Brenda, friendly and nice. The pool is missing some maintenance details such as stripped tiles and the worn-out paint in the jacuzzi type pool. Perfect bedrooms, kitchen and everything else is perfect and comfortable. If I'll be back.

The house in general very well, the kitchen equipment although we do not occupy it is very complete, I have been on another 2 occasions in Nopolo and this is the best house I stayed in. The development is still very well cared for and very quiet.

Our stay at Dawn’s place was wonderful. Exactly as described, great backyard for our dogs, clean and comfortable. Dawn was very responsive and informative. Over all a great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described but the pictures don’t do it justice. The host was super accommodating and kindly let us extend our checkout to 1 PM, which made our departure so much smoother. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the place, it had everything needed, it's super close to everything. Two blocks from the malecón, from the fiscal pier which is where you can grab good tours, it is in front of a very good sushi, next to a restaurant of Mexican antojitos. Oscar was super friendly, always attentive, he let us in from before half a day. Excellent stay for vacations and find all the good of peace fences.

This is the second time we stay at Monica's place and it was as amazing as the first time. The place is gorgeous, clean, with beautiful surroundings and amazing views. And Mónica is an amazing host: super responsive, friendly and helpful. My family and I won't consider any other place to stay in Mazatlán.

Excellent communication with the hosts, the whole time they were attentive, doubts and/or clarifications, the house was just like the photos with the exception of some dusty. The lounge chairs were very dirty, dusty blankets and pillows were not decided to use as they smell very bad, I would recommend that they wash it before using it because they didn't have that toilet for use.

Good location. Close to walking/running/biking path. Very clean, roomy and bright inside. Great appliances and quality cookware and kitchen utensils. Company's agent, was super responsive! hope to stay there again next time we are in Tucson.

We had a great stay! The condo was spacious and homey. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed for the week. We also appreciated the pool towels. The door code pad was a little finicky until we got the hang of it, but everything else was wonderful. We would come back again. Thank you!

The condo was perfect for my family! You can walk straight out into the pool area. Being on the first floor was awesome for my young kids. The condo was clean and very nice. We even got in to the condo much earlier than expected which gave us one more full day to enjoy the pool and beach.

Staying at this well-maintained accommodation and service was very pleasant. We felt right at home and the careful attention that Lila gave us at all times is an extra in warmth that is appreciated and thanked. The experience was worth it. I definitely recommend it and we'll be back...

If you want a quiet vacation the place is ideal. The facilities are very nice, the apartment comes with all the essentials. They should note that the facilities are somewhat removed from the Golden Zone. Elias super host was answering all questions, pending anything.
