Ivan was always attentive to our communication. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is close to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, pharmacies and everything you might need. Huanchaco beach is a few blocks away and if you are looking for a quieter beach, you can take the bus to Huanchaquito (S/1.50) and arrive in a few minutes.

I stayed at Diego's place in Huanchaco for a surf trip, and it was the perfect choice. The house is in a quiet and peaceful safe part of the town, yet just a short walk to the main surf breaks—super convenient for getting in and out of the water. The highlight for me was the balcony and rooftop, where I could easily do surf checks or relax with a beautiful view of the ocean and town. The house itself is spotless, with spacious private rooms, private bathrooms, and plenty of closet space. The common areas are cozy and well-equipped, including a fantastic kitchen with everything you need and a comfortable living room. It’s also easy to come and go, which was great after my surf sessions. Diego and Diana are great and lovely hosts, recommending the best local restaurants—I tried them all, and every single one was amazing! Overall, I loved staying here; it was the perfect spot to surf, relax, and recharge. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The apartment is good, have a parking place in front of the house, my car is a Haval H5, the size of the parking place exactly for my car. Fully equipment kitchen, good hot water shower, very quiet place.
