A Normandy vacation between sea and countryside

We have long wanted to visit Normandy, to honor and show respect for all those who made the ultimate sacrifice against the atrocities of fascism. Knowing the visit would be emotional, finding the perfect “home,” where we could decompress and contemplate our days on Omaha and Utah beaches, the many museums, and the American Cemetery was crucial, and Sophie and Eric’s beautiful home provided that perfect retreat. The home is truly an ideal, extremely comfortable French country cottage, with everything to warmly welcome travelers to the area. From the sitting area to the bedrooms, baths, well appointed kitchen / dining area, and beautiful garden, we truly felt at home, and wished we’d booked longer. Merci, Sophie and Eric.

Charming house full of charm close to the sea and shops. It feels like home as it is well equipped. Sylvain is a particularly warm host and describes his home with great passion. You can go there without fear, you will have a great time.

We were hosted by a lovely couple! The space was incredibly clean, like new! Comfortable beds and living areas, everything was really perfect, with stunning views of the sea, everything was as described. I really recommend Jocelyne for her kindness and the beauty of her place.

Everything felt very new and well looked after. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you could need for home cooking! The garden is simply beautiful and although the weather was cold we could not resist having breakfast out there in the spring sunshine. Claudine was a very helpful and kind host and the house is in a great location for local food and day trips out!

The "Villa Diamant" **** Landing beaches.

We had a very nice week at Vincent's. The house is very well located near the port and the shopping street, and is a very good starting point for exploring the area. Clean, well decorated, filled with small touches that make you happy, everything is planned to make the tenant feel at ease. Vincent gave us many tips on arrival for visiting the area which we enjoyed. We recommend this rental!

Very satisfied with the place, it matches the listing. Clean and very good bedding. The beds are in the same room. Sirie in a cul-de-sac, very quiet. The beach is 50m away, and the port is a 3 min walk. A few good restaurants are within walking distance.

GITE the beautiful getaway

We had a lovely quiet stay in a spotless, clean and pleasant house, enjoying everything we needed. The view from the living room is really nice especially at sunrise, we will come back without hesitation. The only downside is the fact of not being able to open the gate to park inside which requires parking further away when the small parking lot in front is filled. A big thank you also to Evelyne who welcomed us with great sympathy. We will be back!

Villa Suzanne sleeps 6 in Jullouville

Despite the rain we had a pleasant stay in this rental where the setting was worked with care (furniture, light fixtures and heathered paintings). The children really enjoyed the treehouse and picked up the chestnuts from the large garden. We needed the fires in the fireplace that we especially love in the fall. For the rest, the rental is well located (close to the beach, site visits, rather quiet area).

The place is lovely. The whole ambience gave us a homely and cozy feeling. 3 chickens, a cat, fish, a ping-pong table and a place to play boules. Simply perfect. And finally: the apartment was well equipped, French modern furnishings. Heart, what more do you want. Will come again any time and absolutely recommended.

Single-story villa La Dolce located 250 from the sea

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks in the beautiful and quiet house in Port-Bail SUR mer! The kitchen is well equipped. shopping in PortBail or in other cities everywhere supermarkets The sea is 250 m , within walking distance. From here you can start great tours (CapRoute, Route de Phare and to the DDay Beaches) Basile welcomed us in a very friendly way. Normandy is definitely worth a trip

Very nice and spacious house allowing you to stay with extended family (there were 11 of us) without any problems. Samuel was extremely flexible on check-in and checkout times. Samuel had some nice touches for Christmas, which particularly touched us. To be repeated during the summer season to enjoy the beautiful outdoor facilities!
