A freshly renovated, family-oriented, and pet-friendly home in a lovely garden overlooking a green belt. The beach is a short, easy walk away. Open-plan and cool, with aircon in the main area and main bedroom, the house has a covered patio connecting to the private garden, and there's a large gas braai. The smart TV connects to all your streaming channels, plus there's free WiFi throughout. The house is freestanding and private, while no steps means easy access. The property is fully alarmed.
