The apartment of the Lake is about 100 m2 independent and quiet in the center of Bouaye 20 minutes from Nantes and the beaches (Pornic), 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the wild planet animal park. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + single bed and another with double bed)+ 1 unclosed office space with a small child bed (from 2 to 4 years) + a living room with double sofa bed, 1 independent kitchen, a small bathroom (shower +one sink) and separate toilet. The house does not have outside .

Independent, quiet and comfortable accommodation with an infrared sauna. The Loire by bike and the Vélodyssée passes in front. South facing garden view. A quiet, green and nice neighborhood!
