Very nice host, very quiet place, good and tidy

We had an amazing here to kick off our Bolivia trip in 2024. The host was very responsive and accommodating to all our groups needs. Breathtaking views!!!

We had a great stay here, place is very nice, clean and in a convenient location close to many stores and restaurants . It had everything we were looking for!

this appartement is definitely to recommend. Rudy did his best to be there for question and also took care of even a little issue. I prefer to see the effort and know that if it would be something serious to can count on. The location is nice and quiet. The wellnessoption are amazing.

Beautiful apartment to stay, it is one of the best airbnb in the city 100% recommended and the place totally safe and quiet, it is true that irpavi is one of the safest places in the city, the hosts are too good people and also left a Welcome Kit and that kind of details is too appreciated. And response time and resolution of doubts totally quick.

Beautiful and well kept condo, with lots of space. On chilly days the condo never felt cold. Public transportation is nearby. And the owners left plenty of recommendations on where to shop, where to eat and what to do. The pool and sauna rooms were kept clean. Only thing that bugged me was the gym, which wasn't really a gym. It was just 4 cardio machines, 2 which were not working and 1 kept making a weird sound when operating it. But the owners don't control the gym so that does not take away from the fact that this Airbnb is awesome place to stay.

I loved staying at Mayra’s place, its right in Sopocachi safe and beautiful neighborhood. US embassy just across the street. If you walk up, you’ll find Typica coffee shop. It was the perfect location for me. I harassed Mayra with questions about the city and recommendations and she was such a great resource for me. Apartment is clean and everything you might need. Carlos the front desk man, is the best. Always smiling and helpful. I would definitely stay again

The apartment was very equipped, it has everything to feel at home. Giovana is very friendly and attentive always. Just note that you have to go up some apartments to get to the apartment, but good exercise :)

The location is great! You can take the bus or a taxi from the corner to pretty much anywhere in the city. Walking was safe and enjoyable because the sidewalks were clean and safe. The place is lovely and warm, the sun beats down all afternoon and makes the apartment cozy. The furniture is nice and I really like the blankets. Magali is a great host!

The place is great but what really stands out is that Maria is easily the best host I have ever had on Airbnb, she’s an incredible host and even better person! She went so far above expectations or what any other host has done I cannot recommend her unit enough. I will stay with her again when I’m back

Very comfortable place, good space for if you will be with a family

Carlos was an excellent host, answered all my doubts and queries very kindly. The spotless, comfortable place with all the necessary utensils and an amazing view. The neighborhood where it is located is quiet, with supermarkets, coffee shops and many shops nearby. Grateful to have found this place in La Paz, which felt like home.

Had a great stay at this apartment. Overall the location is excellent if you like tranquility. It’s close enough to the things to do but also it’s nice and quiet. Eduardo has done a fantastic job with designing the apartment for comfort. There is strong WiFi and a very big televisions. Everything was super clean upon arrival and Eduardo was there to help with any issues he even provided a space heater when we requested since La Paz can be cold at times. The apartment has very hot water and there is a pharmacy and store next to the entrance of the building which we found quite convenient for buys little things like water, soda, snacks and medicine. Overall I would not stay anywhere else in La Paz, this apartment is great value for the money don’t hesitate to book for your stay in La Paz. Cheers viajeros
